  • Great update from last generation
Verified BuyerReviewed by brax - June 18, 2019

Purchased this to accompany the 700 series soundbar. I must say I wasn't expecting much of a difference coming from the last generation bass module, but WOW I was blown away. After completing the Adapt IQ setup it sounded better than some systems I have heard for thousands of moire dollars for the complete setup. The Bose musicologists Capp makes it very easy to adjust the settings for the subwoofer. This little guy packs quite a punch for its size. Amazing how much it changes the existing setup. Makes it nice that it is a wireless connection with option to add a 3.5mm castle and connect directly to soundbar. I highly recommend this subwoofer.

  • Great addition to a Bose Home Theater
Verified BuyerReviewed by Steve - November 23, 2019

I have a Bose Lifestyle 650 System. This system came with an Acoustimass 300 Bass Module. I had been considering adding another Bose subwoofer to complete the home theater effect. I finally did and it was a great add-on to my system. The Bose Bass Module 700 Subwoofer is essentially the same as the Acoustimass 300 in terms of technical specifications, output and appearance. It was easy to setup and my home theater experience is now complete. The additional Base Module "rattles the windows and shakes the walls" just like going to a movie theater. This subwoofer would also be a great addition to a Bose Soundbar 300 or Bose Soundbar 700 setup.

  • Incredibly low volume output.
    Reviewed by JH - January 6, 2019

As good as the Soundbar 700 is, the Bass Module 700 is poor. - Performed the initial ADATPiQ setup per the manual: low volume output. - Read all the forums and followed all the suggested workarounds: low volume output. - Turned ADAPTiQ off: low volume output. The bass module is working because if I get on the ground next to it, it's making *some* sound. The bass module is capable because its "Hello, I'm configured" sound is awesome. It just needs to be turned up, but there's no way to do this! Unless this is resolved I'll be returning it to the store. I love Bose and have it all over my house, but I cannot recommend this solution.
