- Easy assembly and affordable workout equipment- 31 octobre 2021
Bought this for my wife as a birthday gift since she just got into working out and she loved it. Pretty straight forward assembly, you just need to layout the parts to know what is what. Took 45-60 minutes to assemble by my self only needed help to hold the side arms to put two screws in. There was a few minor scuffs here and there not visible from far unless you're really up close, but honestly it doesn't affect the equipment itself no big deal. It's a perfect machine resistance wise for my wife at the moment but i might need to upgrade to the higher resistance rods for myself in the near future. Overall a great product and purchase.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Solid product- 12 décembre 2019
Instructions were easy to follow, however nuts, bolts, and washers were not labeled and all bagged loose together. Once I identified the pieces it went together quickly. Will just need a ratchet set and wrench but it's a breeze.

- Synopsis- 14 novembre 2020
I purchased this model at regular price ($1723 tax included) this fall when brick and mortar health clubs were shuttered by government edict late last summer; the other popular Bowflex models still available through online vendors (when not backordered) were the PR1000, the Blaze and the Xtreme SE 2. The PR3000 is a compromise between the latter and the former, with more advanced features and versatility than the Blaze while lacking a few of the benefits and user-comforts of the SE 2, which is the latest of its power rod-centric models (and correspondingly more expensive). The assembly itself took about five hours alone at a medium-slow pace, and the small components are all bundled together in a bag, largely unlabeled. There aren’t any publicly available assembly videos for this model online, so the manual is your only resource for that part. I’ve used the machine for a variety of exercises by muscle group and was favorably impressed with the quality of the frame & parts; the squat bar, ankle wraps, and Rod Rejuvenator are sold separately, and I consider both essential to the proper functioning of the machine, so that accounts for the loss of a star on the review rating scale. As others have mentioned, the range of motion is not identical to a typical cable station in a gym, and may require some weight shifting on the upper body to achieve full ROM; the rods also produce somewhat less weight than labeled, though with the 310lb or 410lb upgrade there’s more than sufficient resistance for the average trainer. The machine itself is quiet when being operated (other than the short impact of the floating pulleys against the frame during the negative portion of the repetition) and the rods are robust and durable, particularly when stored with the Rod Rejuvenator. The only improvements that could’ve been considered were adding wheels or casters to the base for easier moving and different locations for the bolts on the machine’s V-shaped legs for easier disassembly, as it’s tedious to move out of apartments or through smaller doors. A solid alternative to conventional gym training overall.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

- Review Update...Still a Great Machine- 25 décembre 2017
I've had the PR3000 for about 9 months now and have been using it 3 to 4 times a week. The machine works like the day I bought it, still looks brand new, and with the upgrade has me really working hard. I would purchase this machine again in a heartbeat. The only cable changes I have to make is when I want to sit down and work the legs, other than that, all I change is the attachment for the rods. I do 20 to 25 exercises like this and it has really made a difference in my muscle tone. At 63 yrs old I have a chest, arms and back muscles that a much younger person would want.. thanks to my Bowflex PR3000. Think I'm gonna get the Bowflex Selectech dumbells to add to my workout routine. Thanks Bowflex for a wonderful machine.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
