[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second coffee machine, the first one we bought is still working since 2020. We bought it during the pandemia as we could not live without good coffee!. It took some time to learn how to calibrate it properly (youtube videos help a lot) but once the settings rea good you get barista level coffee. This second machine had a promotional price so we couldn't pass the opportunity! Just a great product, highly recommended! We use coffee from HEART coffee roasters from Portland Oregon, the Stereo Blend.

I enjoy all the features to include dialing in the grind from the side adjustment and burr adjustment. I would recommend finding a local fresh coffee bean roaster and or order fresh beans online. The main reason I purchased this appliance is because I was spending $6 a day on coffee. It’s fun being able to customize my own drink flavor and use separately bought tools like a better tamper, a WDT, and a distributor. Well done Breville!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredible beginner friendly espresso machine. We have used it every day for the past couple years. It's grinder works just fine, don't listen to the gear snobs. The steam wand also works just fine. Are the grinder and steam wands the best they could be? Sure, they could be better, but these things work perfectly adequate, if not better, but this machine is for the folks wanting to get into espresso. Get it all in one. The main function of the unit, being the making of espresso, works phenomenally. For those that are having issues with it, watch a video or two or read the manual, espresso is not as simple as your classic coffeemate drip machine.

I am a former barista and spent years trying to find an affordable but comparable option to the ones I have used in coffee shops. This has weight to it and is not cheaply made. Highly reliable (you still need to maintain it will regular cleanings). My only complaint would be that the water tank needs to be bigger but that's just nit picking at this point it's already pretty big. I have been using this reliably and dependably everyday two to three times a day (4 person household). Never an issue. Also it comes with loads of filters and cup sizes. We replaced a single serve pod machine (bc husband loved those types) and have been using this for americano's, espresso's, latte's, you name it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use this espresso machine almost for 3 years and had no issues, I’m just in love with my coffee now , mostly drink iced and it goes perfect for me, once you adjust all the settings you will fell in love with this machine. This machine is not for everyone because you have to make this espresso shot with good amount of pressure and also right now when I have a baby this machine makes mess on the table because you have to gring coffee and then make it to perfect height and it goes all over the place, just grounded coffee is everywhere and you need to clean it after each use, but , I really like this machine, and how my coffee tastes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got tired of spending $100+ a week at my local Starbucks. If I was going to purchase an espresso maker, I definitely wanted a quality product. After researching multiple products, I decided on this Breville. It took me a few try’s to learn about grind levels and range pour. Once I figured it out, the quality of my espresso pour and taste became better and better. There are some great tutorial videos on YouTube. Overall the quality and taste of my espressos have been night and day in comparison to my local coffee shops. Making a fresh doppio in the morning has become one of my favorite things to do to start my day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maked good coffee when it worked. When it stops working, you might as well throw it out. I requested warranty and sent out the machine clean and spotless, I thoroughly cleaned it prior mailing it, then it came back like it was fished from a dump. Machine was wet, coffee grounds everywhere, finger prints and some white mold. I don't think im going to drink anything that came out of it. I have requested either clean it up or replace it, or i'll just dump it and kiss 600 bucks goodbye. Tip when looking for coffee machines: buy from a reputable company, maybe a company that takes pride in their products.
