[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll start off by saying this is the best toaster I have ever owned! After 4 months of use I can say everything comes out evenly cooked every time. The stainless steel matches my Samsung appliances perfect. You may notice that they is no manual levelers like you normally would find. Don’t worry they thought of everything. The lift and look feature is genius. Unlike traditional toasters you don’t have to cancel the cycle to see if it is just right. When your toast is done but you want it a little darker just push the “bit more” button. You also have left and right controls so you can use both sides on different settings. Only had this a short while but so far I am more than pleased. Yes, it is expensive, but I have never had a toaster that could produce toast as evenly browned as this. Bagels are perfect every time. It is extremely quiet. I was hesitant given the few negative reviews I read, but there will always be lemons in every product line. Hopefully this toaster will continue to perform this well for a long, long time to justify the cost. I didn't get the Geek Squad warranty but for those really concerned in case it fails that is always an option.

I bought this toaster in 2009 and it is the best toaster I've ever owned. The features are very well thought out and exactly what you would want in a toaster, especially the bagel and defrost settings. I can't believe you can still buy these for the same price that I paid 11 years ago! Spend the extra money and get a quality built toaster with features you'll enjoy for years to come, you won't regret it.

I have been looking at toaster for at least a year, I wanted something that matched the pro kitchen we just completed but was a little more sophisticated than a Dualit or Kitchen-aid pro. The motorized feature is somewhat of a novelty but the lift and look button that lifts the toast gently while keeping the elements on is brilliant and so is the a Bit More button that brings the toast back down. molded out of a single seamless piece of cast stainless make it look great. Absolutely delighted with this item.I have now purchased the matching espresso-cappucino maker and it is also brillian versus my 1 year old starbuck machine.

I was looking for the best toaster I could buy and was thinking of spending [alot of money]. The last toaster I had was a Kitchen Aid and that had a bright LED that was very annoying and the only way to shut that off was to unplug. This toaster's LED's go off when the toaster is not in use. The even toasting I'd say is the bonus the best part is not having to push any levers down as this toaster does all the work for you! So although I ended up spending double I'm very happy with this and knowing there aren't any flaws in the design.

I've had this now since early Aug, I remember my sister in law asking me if it also washed my dishes after I mentioned the cost hah I have to say, after having it for a few months I'm really glad that we bought it. it toasts great, all even and nice everytime. I love the timer, and I also like that it's nearly silent on pop up. It makes a beep noise to tell you it's done but because of how quiet it is, I forget about it sometimes! Overall, we're really happy with our purchase. If you're leery about the price, then watch for deals :)

Toaster arrived quickly and in good condition. This is a quality product that not only looks good on the counter but performs to expectations. We especially appreciate the "add more time" and "count down" light functions. Overall good quality and performance as expected for the price. I would buy this product again.

Terrible overpriced toaster Toasts more on one side then the other. Have to put it to maximum to get light brown toast one one side only the other side is not toasted. The heating wires are more on outside than inside. Buy a cheap toaster and change it every two years and you will be ahead of the game It is only a month old will try to return it if can. I am not alone as other people have same problem.

I'll start by saying I have the Breville tea-pot, coffee pod machine, and toaster and have been happy with all, until now. When my 10-year old Breville toaster started shorting out, we replaced it with the same toaster. It is nothing the same, and complete garbage. Toasts unevenly and burns one side while the other is light. The price is absurd for performance this bad. Don't waste your money on this "higher quality" appliance.
