We (man and wife) love it. It is very helpful and functional!!! It has very clean finish it looks so strong and, without doubt, very good quality. It installation is so easy to DIY. Even I take different a way and fastener the holder directly to the wall with no modification using same hardware provided as you can see in pics attached... I feel myself very confident to recomended this product...

I have owned and used this product for three years now. My youngest brother (who is a plumber) gave it to us as a Christmas gift. He was feeling a little worried that we might take offense or not understand, but we were happy to accept it, especially since he was inspired by his own experience with the item. I wish these Brondel handheld bidets were standard equipment at EVERY toilet! It solves so many potential issues and discomforts! Hemorrhoid sufferers especially will find relief from itching and burning by using Brondel bidets to reach a cleanliness that cannot be achieved with even the best toilet paper.

I received it for my birthday and it is the best gift ever. My husband followed the easy install directions and it was done. I learning to enjoy the cold water and how super fresh I feel. If I could add one suggestion it would be a better clearer way to hang the handle. It could be my fault by I waited a month before writing the review. Thank you family for a great needed gift. No more worries about how I smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I like this product overall like most products today it doesn’t last. I had my first one for 1.7 yrs. It has a holder that you slide the tip onto. What I didn’t know is just under that nozzle their is a compression fit you can see the line. It’s above the valve. This slowly worked its way apart and I had no clue at the time why it was leaking to complain sooner. Finally it fell apart and was not covered by warranty. I like the handheld version better than the seat kind. So I did buy another one at full price. I’m more aware of the issues with it and maybe it will last longer for me this time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the shape and ergonomic design of the sprayer tool, the pressure regulator is also smooth. Very user friendly and straightforward especially for new bidet users. However the valve that regulates pressure did start to drip when left on for under an hour. I saw this mentioned in other reviews but took the risk regardless because of the design. The on/off valve being under the toilet tank means it's easy to forget about, difficult to reach. I wish the materials were a bit more hardy or came with a holster to place the on/off valve at the seat. I do wish the hose was about a foot longer too. Overall I would recommend this purchase. I would be willing to pay more for an upgraded version with the features I mentioned.

Been using about a month now. Installation took about 10 minutes and was so easy! Cleans great, doesn’t use a lot of water. Just use a dry washcloth to dry off. The hardest part is getting in the habit of turning off the valve each time you use it in order to increase lifespan of the sprayer parts and ensure no leaking over time. Cold water only isn’t as bad as one might think, but I may revise that come winter. Either way, it was a great purchase and is in line with reducing my carbon footprint. Who wants to fight with others to get toilet paper?

This is a very good product, superb quality, adjustable pressure, hand held, this hand held sprayer is great. I am a man, I use this as a butt wash and not a bidet, but I am sure it would work well for that purpose too. It took a little while to get use to how to use it and to make it effective. Once you figure that out, it is a great tool for this purpose. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to be very clean down there and wants to save a lot on toilet paper and whips. I'll never go back to the old way when I have this great washer.

This thing is terrible! We have the toilet seat bidet and I thought this would be good for travel. NO! The spray is not a stream it's a forceful spray, very irritating even though you can reduce the spray force, it just didn't work well. Also hard to tell which side the water comes out if you don't have 20/20 eyesight and ended up spraying the ceiling a few times. Leaked all over the floor even when the lever was up so we had to turn water off to the toilet between uses.

I’ve been really impressed with this thing. It took some getting used to since it is my first bidet. But it’s really easy to set up and use! The design is also very ergonomic. I thought only having cold water would be uncomfortable but it’s really not. It seems to be high quality and looks nice. It has a handy attachment to hang it off the side of the top of the toilet. I’m happy to be using far less toilet paper!
