[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to toner cartridges experience has taught us that -- regardless of the savings provided by comparable generic cartridges -- there's NOTHING better than the original! After experiencing downtime because of toner leaking and gumming up gears or cartridges re-manufactured to the point connectors don't seat as they should so error messages prevent printing, it's actually less expensive to pay more for an original manufacturer cartridge. That's why we ONLY purchase Brother cartridges for our Brother printer. And the MAGENTA cartridge does EXACTLY as it should without headaches and issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Brother printer and this ink. I have it over 2 years and the print quality is great (no streaks) and is fast. I buy the ink every 6-9 months depending how much is printing for school. The only con is the price but it’s worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not familiar with high end printers and this is the first one I've ever owned that uses toners vs little ink cartridges. This replacement toner was easier than I anticipated to install. Took about 5 minutes and clearly explained what I needed to do/not do in order to ensure successful printing once installed. I was recommended to try a brother printer from a friend who also runs a small business, because I continually had connectivity issues when trying to print over wifi with the HP laser printer I purchased originally. So happy I took that back and found this gem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know why we kept buying inkjet printers. Maybe because it's cheap and what most people buy. We moved into a new office and decided we need to try using color toners. It was worth it in every way. Color comes out perfect. Pages come out perfect each time. Yes the toners are expensive but saves so much time with less trips to the store to keep buying ink toner. Brother wasn't as well known as Epson or HP, but apparently for office printing, Brother is the way to go! This is my first time going with high yield so hope it does what it says!

It helps your printer do it's important job of memorializing your well thought out and spell checked Confessionals onto a peice of paper. You can then revisit these professions of your love throughout your lifetime and remember how you fundamentally failed in life and should have never broken up with Josh. He was the only person that really got you. I wish I never sent you that letter Josh. It's all your fault that I'm empty and dying inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sick of the headaches that came with the inkjet printers so I made the switch. The only regret I have is that I wasted $350 on a HP inkjet that was supposed to be top of the line office printer. Finally tossed it after combating the dried ink and clogged print heads. Now I can let the printer sit there day in and day out and when I need to print, It works flawlessly. I wished I would have bought the duplex model. Buy is and never look back at ink.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two Brother printers. One stopped working after 750 pages. Replaced toner because that is what the machine said to do. Didn't fix problem. Contacted tech support and wasted 100+ pages and 2 hours with no help. All they said is that they will send me to one of their service centers where I will have to pay for all repairs. Brother will do nothing to fix or repair the machine. Total cost per page ~$0.60 after all of my expenses for purchase of the printer and new toner. The second machine was used to only print labels. Does a really poor job of this as the toner always bleeds onto the second half of the page, wasting half of the expensive labels. Cleaned, talked with customer support, tried multiple different labels, still same problem. Because of the way that brother has treated me, I will never buy another product from them.

I think that it was packaged well, in environmentally friendly packaging, and even better, they provide free shipping for returning the old cartridge, so it doesn't go in the landfill. Instructions are clear. Procedure for replacement is easy. On the other hand, for balanced reporting, I've got very little experience with other toner-based laser printers, so it is hard to compare.
