[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my camera to R7 and I have a few lenses for my older camera and I just did not want to buy new lenses unless I really have to. I am glad for this adapter, it works great, it adds a bit of weight since it is between the camera and the lens but I am happy to keep my previous lenses and they work great. I did buy new lenses but I have both older and newer for now. I am happy I can use both. very useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works Flawlessly. Have been using it for 3 years and have no issues with it. It takes every EF lens I throw at it and even tried it with a Laowa Lense made for EF Line. NO issues with connection or functionality. Worth the price to continue to use an assortment of lenses. Here I have a pic of it using the EF 40 mm but I've also used the 50mm 70-200 L, &70-300 from Canon as well as generic zoom adapters. It's so easy to use too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When getting the Canon R8, I was a bit worried about using the less expensive EF lenses and possibly losing features. I first bought this adapter and after getting some amazing shots, found that you can have you cake (an amazing full frame camera) and eat it too (take advantage of lower price of the older EF lenses on the market) and get some amazing shots!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good adapter, the control ring clicks are good for control, nice for smaller lenses, however for big telephoto lenses it will be far from your hands on the zoom or focus rings, and on the R3 its a bit too close to the body, and you already have 3 control wheels, but still its a nice addition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried when I was purchasing the Canon R6 mk ii, that my l series lenses weren’t going to work well with the camera. Long behold, it works flawlessly. Thank you Canon to making this dapter! The only cons are some vingetting between the camera sensor and the lens itself from the dapter. It’s not too much of annoyance. I am worried that overtime, the seal between the camera body and the adapter will not stay sealed, also along with the lenses seal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This adapter allows an EF lens to mount on the Canon EOS R series bodies. It does not have the control ring, but that’s not an issue at all for me. There are other brands of mount adapters available, but I’ve read they’re not as dependable as the native Canon brand.
