Outstanding coffee machine !!
- February 2, 2022[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a new coffee maker for my office and I wanted quality and capacity. This Cuisinart Grind and Brew hit all of my requirements right on the head. It’s incredibly well made, beautifully designed and so far works like a charm. The coffee brewed tastes like coffee shop quality without having to pay those prices. I have always enjoyed very good luck and results with Cuisinart products and believe that trend will continue with this coffee maker. It is a bit loud but I knew that would be the case since it grinds the beans. I really don’t- think you can go wrong with this machine, it’s a winner !

Don't do it!
- February 22, 2025I have tried multiple times now to brew a pot of coffee without spilling water outside the reservoir, but this design is terrible. The water is poured into the back, so the entire machine has to be pulled towards the edge of the counter to reach it. The reservoir is shaped like an afterthought wrapped around the back of the machine, with its widest point being no more than an inch wide at the corners. There is no way to pour a pot of water into that small opening without it running down the side or missing it all together. The Coffee bean hopper cannot be cleaned out, and barely holds more than enough for 12 cups. The lid to the pot itself is too wide of a spout or isn't snapping shut properly, so it either pours too much or too little. Terrible design.

Not worth the cost
- February 2, 2019[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a huge advocate for a good cup of morning joe to get the day going. I thought I was taking the next step in getting a self grinding coffee machine. The overall coffee taste is what I was hoping for, however, there are many fatal flaws with the overall product. The pot itself leaks constantly every time I have to refill the machine as well as during every cup I pour. It’s just a couple of drops but it very annoying to have to wipe the counter after every new cup. The strength button, which I was hoping was an upgrade from a standard guess in coffee grounds, fails to function properly. As a direct result I burn through coffee beans as quick as I can buy them. Cuisinart really let me down with this product.

Great coffee maker!
- January 24, 2022[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great coffee maker! My coffee came out perfect! Enjoying it now so I figured I’d do a review. It’s easy to use and comes with a guide book if you need any help. It looks super fancy sitting on my counter. You can grind your beans which i think it’s such a fantastic added feature. So many bean grinder are so messy especially when you are transferring to brew. This is mess free! You can also use regular coffee if you don’t want to grind. You can set the brew strength. It’s super fast if your in a hurry. It keeps it warm if you home and sitting around. Over all I am very please with my need coffee maker. I highly recommend.

Great coffee maker
- May 28, 2022We've had this for a few weeks and we love it. The grinding first thing in the morning is a little loud but it's worth it

Some better features, but some not
- May 29, 2025I bought this to replace our original which lasted about 12 years. The new one arrived with a slight crack in the plastic housing on the right front side (pretty weak housing design caused I think by a decorative "crease" on the sides of the machine?) which hasn't so far affected the performance. The coffee pot is larger than the old one and is a little unwieldy to handle, plus it has a tendency to leak a little at the edges of the spout. Also, you have to make sure the pot is pushed all the way in, because it may feel like it's in place, but it isn't. On the plus side, the new one has integrated the filter basket and filter basket cover, so there's one less piece to mess with. Also a plus - the redesigned coffee hopper is much better at ensuring the coffee flows towards the grinder. It still makes a very good cup of coffee, so we'll keep it.

Delicious tasting coffee
- January 26, 2022[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like about this coffee maker is that it’s an all in one. You can buy whole beans and then freshly brew it each time you make coffee. Coffee is much fresher this way and has a richer taste to it. Directions were pretty self explanatory. The programming allows you to adjust the strength of the coffee as well. Overall clean up was easy too.

The best coffee maker ever
- June 4, 2024The cuisinart burr grinder coffee maker is the best coffee maker we have ever had!! Even though we have had a previous model belonging to cuisinart, this new model is the best yet. It is a no mess, easy clean machine!! I highly recommend to anyone who wants a great cup of coffee that is no fuss no muss.

After tweaking - no more wasted coffee beans
- February 20, 2021First use, (water only) the unit quit. Unable to return due to CV19/ warranty has yet to respond too. Two 2lb-bags of coffee beans have been wasted due to the faults. -After a few days I noticed a micro-switch that was not being fully contacting. Several hacks later. A bread tag was forced into the basket. -The Auto-Off (set to 20min) never has worked -Clock does not keep it's time when unplugged for more than 5min. -Unable to clear the flashing "clean" . yes the RTFM did not work. In 2020, I'd would have expected a better bug-free machine. So. I must take it apart, add some home automation for both water filling and voice "on" commands.

Loving it lots, but it ain't perfect
- December 13, 2022This machine makes delicious coffee whether you have it grind your beans or use already ground beans. However, the filter basket seems small for a machine that can supposedly make 12 cups. We make up to 10 and, if it grinds the beans on extra bold setting, that pretty much fills the filter basket. I don't really see how it could make 12 without overflowing. Additional, experimentation has revealed that the foil filter it comes with works much better if you have the machine grind your beans. Paper filters work fine for already ground coffee and for up to 8 cups of machine-ground coffee. A slightly larger filter basket would be a good improvement.
