Amazing scanner! Worth the price.
- April 16, 2022[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t describe how amazing this product is. It is extremely fast with scanning! I scanned about 40 photos is 20 seconds. What’s also amazing is the quality and how it enhances the photos. It also comes with a sleeve for old sensitive photos. Which is how I was able to scan a photo from 1914 that was about to fall apart. Photos that were orange tinted (older photos) change to actual colors! Just look for yourself at the screenshot from my computer. It also will scan the original without enhancement and one with so you can decide which one you like. I love love love this scanner. Completely worth the price.

Expensive But Worth It
- March 24, 2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Superior quality. Great for duplex scanning large collections at 600 dpi. Takes less than 3 seconds per photo and it is not a problem to scan multiple sizes. Has not damaged any of my old photos. The feeder has an extra soft touch. The proprietary software is easy to navigate with a variety of advanced settings and basic editing. If you are archiving your family photos and want to get it done in a third of the time, this is your unit. It is pricey but, well worth the investment. My FF-680W sits right next to my V600 Photo flatbed scanner. I trust EPSON products for all of my printing, scanning, and media projection needs

Nice scanner, possible software glitch
- January 30, 2023[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice scanner with small footprint, easy to set up and easy to use. The problem I am having with it is that some of the enhanced pictures are double-exposed. I have been using the Fastphoto software and have cleaned the photos and used the scanning slow-mode option. I have not had a problem with the original photo being double-exposed so that is a plus.

- June 14, 2019The Epson was very easy to setup and connect the my Wi-Fi. The software is simple to understand and start scanning immediately! This scanner can scan both sides a a page at the same time which makes scanning super fast. And scans are saved in PDF format It took 11 seconds to scan 8 pages - both sides with pictures, It took 25 seconds to scan 8 pictures at 200dpi Overall I really like this scanner *This is a review for the Epson Fastfoto FF680W Wireless High-speed Photo and Document Scanner system that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review*

Innovative & Very Impressive !!
- June 15, 2019Right out of the box this product has easy to follow instructions on the "start here" paper to download and install drivers, also helpful instructions on how to connect to the wireless network, which my laptop easily found and paired with by using the wi-fi connect button located on the scanner. A usb cord is provided just in case there is no wi-fi, or user preference. I am amazed by the speed the scanner takes to scan photos, documents and the resolution levels which range from 300 dpi (takes 1 sec.), 600 dpi (takes 3 sec) and 1200 dpi (takes 10 sec). This Wireless High-speed Scanning System has a setting for panoramic and instant photos, which are great for Polaroids, and can scan up to 36 photos at a time depending on size and thickness. The scanner feed functioned properly every time and had no jam or scanning feed issues. I save receipts and lots of old photos that I am wanting to save digitally onto google Onedrive and can be uploaded to Dropbox as well as enhance when scanning, so this Epson FastFoto Scanner System is perfect and ideal for my needs! The provided carrier sheet included is best when used for protecting wrinkled, fragile, old and valuable pictures & documents. I like that Epson included a downloadable pdf format user manual that can be printed too (120 pages long) to get more information and details of Epson FastFoto scanner and advanced settings. Although I miss having physical installation cd discs, I think it's easier having the link to download everything the scanner needs and can set itself up.Despite having the auto rotation checked in advanced settings, when editing scanned pictures, I still had to click the rotate twice to get pictures positioned upright, but other than that I love how much better looking, brighter with higher clarity and image quality resulting from every scan!
