You could spend hours at home wrangling with apps and fiddling with unfamiliar functions, or you could let a Geek Squad Agent come to the rescue. Visit a Best Buy store, and we'll help you set up a user account, connect to apps, and navigate a basic function before you walk out the door.
- After confirming the activity tracker has enough battery charge to perform the setup, show you how to charge the device, and walk you through 1 basic function
- Resize the band (if applicable)
- Download and install the companion app on your own smartphone (if applicable)
- Create a user account and configure settings based on your preferences
- Connect the activity tracker to up to 5 apps of your choosing
- Direct you to online support on how to install and configure any applicable desktop companion app, and pair with more devices
- Provide online support for 30 days after setup
