Powered by the OpenWrt 21.02 operating system, the GL-A1300 is customizable and programmable. It supports both OpenVPN and WireGuard for VPN client and server capabilities, offering speeds up to 28 Mbps (OpenVPN) and 170 Mbps (WireGuard). The router also includes network storage features, allowing you to connect an external USB hard drive for private file storage and sharing.
