Hammond V-20RT speed control pedal is used with Leslie cabinets, specifically designed for Hammond G37, G27, and Studio12 cabinets. Leslie cabinets are known for their distinctive rotating speaker sound, especially popularized with Hammond organs. The V-20RT pedal appears to offer real-time variable control over the speed of the Leslie effect, providing users with precise command over the sound they desire.

The traditional “slow and fast” switch will work as usual, but a sweep of the the V-20RT will assume command and spin the rotors at exactly the speed you choose. Crescendos and diminuendos will take on new colors, and your expressive freedom will expand.
