These are the worst headphones I've ever owned. 1. They pause themselves automatically when they move slightly in your ear canal, 2. there's no button for changing songs or volume control it's like a heat sensor (sort of like a touch screen) that doesn't work and has no tactile feedback 3. they don't charge sometimes for no reason 4. You can't use them independently of one another (one headphone at a time) 5. You need to install an app to set them up 6. Constant firmware updates 7. Bad range 8. Mediocre sound quality 9. Over priced 10. Don't stay seated in the ear canal. And on and on and on.... Don't buy these unless you want to kill yourself.

I was super excited about this earphones, used Them for 2 weeks had great.sound but the slip from my wars (they don't fit properly). Them 2 weeks later they stop connecting to the phone, i was able to pair them but they we're una le to connect to the bluetooth i tried for days and even reseted Them. I endend going tinten store i got Them to get help and they had the same issues, i returned Them and better got the Bose soundsport free ones. The experience was so dissappointing

The sound experience (especially on bass) becames exceptional after at least of 40 hours of listening. The sound is very clear, the soundstage is impressive. The mid frequencies are excellent, but the high frequencies are not complete (some sounds are missing in highs), maybe in a future update the problem will be fixed (like recently did Sennheiser MTW2 with same problem). Before complaining about how to control the earbuds, please read the manual. Also, in time, from a few days [of intense listening] to 1 week or two weeks [of rare listening], you'll learn to control the earbuds with high precision.

Bought Harman Kardon FLY TWS in hong kong, after one week from brandnew then the left earbud ON for 1 min only, and i ask the shop ower to help for warranty repair, three month have waited with no solution and return to me with the problem still exist.. very disappointed To the Headquater for Harman Kardon FLY TWS, do you have any best solution.

these are by far the worst designed headphones i've ever used. they will not stay in my ears does not matter which of the three sizes they've provided i use. they constantly fall out i cannot do anything other than sit in one spot to have them stay. whenever they do start to fall out of my ear i touch them to reposition them in my ear, but with them having touch controls, which are poorly accurate, i get all kinds of crazy things that happen. when i used them for phone calls, they have to sit at the exact perfect angle for the others to hear you clearly, and if there is anything else making sound around you that will over power the conversation and the listener to you cannot hear you well. these are atrocious

I bought this and I am having big troubles with the battery.It goes down very vast for an hour and this is for the right one, left have battery when they turn of because of the right one

Very disappointed with these ear buds. They never connect or randomly disconnect.

This is why I mentioned it is the same company that built sound bars for Samsung.

I bought these ear buds off of the reputation of the brand because I own other products. I was initially pleased with them but two days later the issues began. The charge wouldn't last very long and they would just disconnect from my phone for no reason. I would have to place it in the case to have them reconnect. It's very annoying and troublesome to have to constantly do this through the course of my workday. The sound quality was excellent but the limited stand by time and the constant loss of connectivity was too much and I plan on returning them. I also noticed that some times my phone would be ringing and there was no indication through the ear buds. I never had any of these issues with other earbuds I've used with my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.
