I'm extremely frustrated with the Magenta and Cyan cartridges. I have returned 3 cartridges now that worked until they were about 1/3 to 1/2 full. Then I started getting horizontal lines going up and down the right and left edges of the printed pages. HP replaced the printer as well and still I am having issues. I am also getting shadows when I use the black ink. I will not recommend the Laser jet m276 to anyone until I get this problem fixed. Total waste of money.

I have been “told” by messages from my printer for Months that I am “low on toner”. I bought a new (very expensive) cartridge based upon that information, but I have not installed it yet. I am still getting the messages, but the quality of my prints has not yet diminished. I expected that they would start to fade as the old cartridge ran out of toner, but that has not happened. Why do those messages come out so far ahead of when you need a new cartridge?

I bought an off brand because it was cheaper and thought it will do the job. I think that is the reason most people do that. I've always been of the mind, that you get what to pay for. That is a true statement and has never steered me wrong in the way of equipment. I bought the HP 131X High Yield as soon as I had the money and it proved to be the BEST investment for my equipment. Daddy was right. Pay for quality. It will not let you down.

I've been using HP's website to order toner now for a few years and have never been disappointed. No exception this time either. I haven't had to put in the new cartridge yet, but no reason to think it won't work just as well as the last one. The thing I was impressed with was the speed with which it arrived at my home. It was days before the expected date. So I'll keep using the order website for the foreseeable future. Thanks, HP.

HP gives an excellent value on their products, especially the HP toner cartridges. I never have to worry that they are authentic and will fit my printer, or that they will leak out toner and ruin my printer. They are easy to order from their website, and I get them shipped to my door for free. I have never had any problems with any of their products and will continue to buy products from them. It make for one happy camper here!

The printer and toner have been reliable for several years, but when I had a toner cartridge go bad after only a couple months of use (perhaps 5% of the toner) there was no way to return/exchange. HP support was a bot, or based on the serial number of my printer which is out of warranty so there was no way to get support based on the failed cartridge and no way to talk to a human about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a toner for my HP printer. I was kept informed every step of the way. When it was ordered, shipped and delivered. I was concerned that I had not received the toner when I received an email saying it was delivered. I called HP, spoke to a live person and got immediate action locating the toner. I was more than thrilled and will definitely order from HP in the future.

Despite the cost, these are some of the best toner cartridges I’ve had in a laser printer. They continue to produce long after the printer shows them as needing replacing. I’ve stretched a black cartridge on “low” over a year until it finally started printing faintly. The color quality is very high with these as well. I recommend these cartridges.

The shipping was fast and arrived within three days which was quicker than I was expecting. HP offers an option of single or double toner which is a nice feature. There is an added expense but you get so many more additional prints that it makes it so worth the double toner feature.

The toner is fine, but it took two days longer than it was shown and we were in the middle of a crunch for Veteran's Day. I had to take my work to a local print shop. Since their printers are set differently than mine I had to change my settings and that fouled up later prints on my own printer after I finally go the toner. Frustrating.
