    great product!

I'm only going to write one review. I purchased 4 toner cartridges for my color laserjet printer and I have the same comments about all four of them. I purchased four non-HP toner cartridges (sorry, HP, had to try them because of the enormous price difference!). The knockoff products were so bad I had to send them back after trying to make them work for 3 months without success. I received the HP cartridges the next business day after I ordered them, free shipping. Installation was so easy I was afraid I had done something wrong, but the very first printout came out PERFECT. Very impressed. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely!

    Wrong product

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - October 19, 2018

I entered my printer model # and trusted HP to direct me to the correct toners. I was in a hurry so I did not double check with my manual and did not look at my machine (it was first time ordering for this model). I was so excited to find the 3 pack for the laser printer. When I opened the toners, I discovered None worked--wrong size. So, I have 3 201 toners going back as "used" toners and I'm out of pocket the $$. Never do that again. Not HP's fault but I would have thought the printer would be linked to the correct toners. Now I do not type the model printer. I order directly using the HP number.

    Worth their cost

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - March 26, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to review this cartridge because almost everything is printed with black in it. The cartridge costs about $50-$60, but laser cartridges are more efficient than ink, they print over 1500 sheets each, and are less likely to smudge. They last longer, and do not dry out or leak if you are not printing every day. Love my new laser printer!

    Good OEM toner

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - September 11, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good quality toner at what I suppose is a reasonable price. No chipping or fading from any of the documents that I've printed. And the older printer I have doesn't completely disable itself when you run low on ink, which beats the pants off of HP's subscription model. Plus, they include a pre-printed label to send your old toner cartridge back for recycling. Yeah, I know the price of that is built into the cartridge (kind of like paying 5 cents for a soda bottle only to get it back when you turn it in), but it's still a feel-good move and I'm happy to send the old one back.

    Toner - Cyan

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - February 5, 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though these cartridge's cost alot of money... in the long run, they are worth it. I print alot! Color, black and white, greys... pretty much everything ends up going through my laser jet. I have a HP Deskjet, and a high grade canon photo printer... but somehow I end up using my laserJet instead. And these cartridge's last me not months, but a few years! So every 3 - 4 years I have to replace them, heck maybe even 5 years! But, when I do it's like a got a brand new printer! Of course that is also speaking on the quality of my HP LaserJet Printer!! I am a HP users, have been for over 20 years. My printer is pretty old too. So I think the cartridges are awesome, the printer quality is prefect, and I do recommend them.

    Genuine HP makes a difference

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - May 21, 2020

I’ve always struggled with the fact that genuine HP is 3 to 6 times the cost of the refill / aftermarket toner cartridges. I’ve tried several of the cheaper options thinking it would be more cost effective but in the end, it just isn’t. I always wound up with poor print quality and even damage to the printer with toner flaking off and covering the drum. Once I installed the genuine HP cartridges ... perfect printing again. Lesson learned- buy genuine HP. Don’t skimp.

    Something's wrong

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - November 6, 2020

I installed my new Yellow toner cartridge just like I have installed numerous cartridges previously, but this time I keep getting the message that the toner is low. I;ve never had this happen before. I am 110 percent certain that I did not mistakenly re-install the old cartridge. It has been a couple of weeks now, and printing continues, but so does the warning message. I have taken the cartridege out and put it back several times to make sure it is well seated.

Seven day delivery when it used to be one day

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - March 22, 2021

Very disappointed with my latest purchase because before COVID-19 are used to get supplies ordered and delivered within 48 hours. Now I placed an order for LaserJet thank it takes seven days for a delivery what made the situation just as bad as that no one said oh by the way it’s gonna take seven days to get here no apologies no messages no nothing I had to go to an OfficeMax to get one of the colors because I ran out of ink when I usually get my water in 48 hours

Cartridge change alert well before it was empty.

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - March 17, 2025

Your printer does not track usage properly. I was able to to print several hundreds of pages with no decrease of magenta after the printer stated that I had to change the cartridge. As well, getting continual messages for a review was not appreciated. In fact I was not going to give any review at all but your almost scan level of messages pushed me to give this review in hopes that I will stop getting review requests every few days.

    As Advertised, and usually better

    Reviewed by - September 21, 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying these toner cartridges for my business use and have found on average I exceed the page counts they estimate. You have to be willing to extend past the initial warning you get from your printer that the toner is low and keep an eye on print quality, but often I am getting 100-300 more pages than expected. Of course, your performance may vary depending on how much color you print per page, color saturation, etc.
