Fantastic prints!
- April 15, 2026This photo paper makes great photos really come to life. People ask who I use to have my photos printed in such high quality prints and can't believe it when I tell them I print them my self at home on my HP printer and paper.

Not the Best Purchase Ever
- December 30, 2011I ordered the Premium Plus with auto sense and got this. The quality is so different. The Auto Sense is much better than the quick dry. I would rather have the longer drying time with beautiful quality than a quick dry that is not good enough. With the Auto Sense I have even stopped going to a Professional Photographer because my digital comes out sooooo incredible so NO I would not recommend this product but I would Recommend the HP Premium Plus Paper with Auto Sense. And I would appreciate someone from HP telling me how I can buy more of the Product I want and not keep receiving a far less quality product such as the Instant Dry! HELP!

Best pictures with Canon Pixma MX340
- July 13, 2011[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using the HP Premium Gloss Photo Paper and I am very satisfied with it. First of all, the pictures came out outstanding even without custom settings in the printer menu. But the photo needed to be dried out a little bit after finishing printing. Later on I found out that I can set the printer up for a Premium Glossy II setting in the paper quality dropdown box and the printed photos came out ready to go, without waiting to dry. I think it also uses less ink if you use that setting. I love this paper that was able to utilize the capabilities of my Canon MX340. If you want a good glossy paper for less price, you can't go wrong with this one.

Not for my 5510
- March 3, 2012I have tried every permutation possible, but the sheets keep jamming my HP 5510 all-in-one and the printer reads "out of ink" every single time while it's jamming. I don't understand why the paper won't feed, except that maybe it was not made with the 5510 in mind. I would rather have known that up front, but will keep it since I'm considering buying a new HP all-in-one. I hate to buy a new one because the 5510 still works admirably and I have few problems with it, but I guess I'll be forced to move up to a newer all-in-one if I want to use the 8.5 x 11 photo sheets. The quality of the product is not in question; it just doesn't work in my admitted older HP all-in-one.

Disappointed
- May 7, 2012I am extremely disappointed in the 'new' Premium Plus soft gloss paper. It is thinner and the quality of the print is, in my opinion, far below what the product used to be. I know it dries faster but that is not as important to me as the quality of the picture. And we are still charged the same, I guess because it is supposed to be better. I tried printing on the Advanced paper mode as it was suggested to someone in a review that I read. That did not work. If anything it was worse. You may marvel that I still recommend the paper. It is still better than others I have tried. I am just extremely disappointed with HP and their supposed improvement. I will be searching for another paper.

Very Poor Product
- July 23, 2011The changes made to the HP Premium Plus Photo paper are just plain bad. The company took an excellent photograph print paper and reformulated it to a substandard product. Gone is the wonderful heavy weight of the former paper, gone is the wonderful "nubby' backing and gone is the wonderful print surface. All that is left is the price. The product does not perform but the price was not reduced. i returned my full order and I will not purchase this product again. Until the changes, I used this product alnmost daily for three years.

EXCELENT PAPER TO PRINT PHOHOGRAPHS......BUT
- March 8, 2019In my old HPofficejet Pro 6000 Plus, one puts the Glossy side Up in the printer tray and it works fine. In my new HP Officejet Pro 8720 I have to put the Glossy side face down in the paper tray. I have to remove all the printer paper 1st then insert one piece face down, otherwise the glossy side will drag a piece of printer paper along with it and ruin the print. A very stupid design mistake by HP on the 8720. I still give the paper 5 stars as we're not reviewing printers here.
