Excellent stove for an excellent price!
- February 2, 2023I've been using my stove since I bought it in September 2019 and I L❤VE it! I cooked two to three meals every day and used the stove top, broiler and oven. The only problem that I had was when baking a cake it almost burned at the bottom and the top was not golden; after my cake was finished baking I read the booklet and adjusted that little problem. This September my stove would be four years old and it's like brand new, working great! It's very easy to clean; I always wait until the "Hot Cooktop" light comes off before cleaning it. I would highly recommend this Insignia stove; I've NO regrets buying it whatsoever!

- October 26, 2022Bought this product and oven was squeaking every time I used the oven. As it was only a couple weeks in so they sent us a new one yesterday. I am visibly challenged and it seemed fine until my hubby got home and noticed the top was uneven and there were insides you could see and the bottom was uneven in the opposite direction. I called the 1 844 number and she tried to put me through to the store. Waited 15 minutes and no one was answering. I’m so not impressed. Susan & Rob

Terrible return policy
- December 26, 2020Stove was damaged but cardboard box covering was perfect. One you open a large appliance BestBuy will not do anything for customers.

Not self-cleaning oven.
- July 13, 2025Have had it for 6 weeks. Realized a few days after delivery that this appliance does not self-clean. so be prepared for that job if you use the oven frequently. Also, the timer sounds are so soft you have to be very close to the kitchen to hear them. Other than that, it's better than my former glass-top range which was awful because no matter what you cooked (even just frying one egg), spattering covered the entire surface and was painfully visible because it is dark glass. The Insignia has a flecked cook-top surface so spatters barely show.
