- Good Cable, Good Price!- January 11, 2017
This Ethernet Cable works great and gets the job done perfectly! I have had no connection problems using this at all. I am currently a college student and use the internet a lot and this cable has not let me down. I currently use three of these in my room. I have one hooked up to my computer, one is hooked up to my xbox, and my roommate has the other. The internet with the ethernet cable works much faster and is more reliable than the wireless with this cable. If you need an ethernet cable this is the one to go with. I have been using this cable for three years and still works great and it comes in many different lengths which is perfect.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Does the job- September 13, 2016
I have no complaints with this cable. Works as I intended it to, including providing me the same speed of Internet as any other more expensive cable would. One tiny thing that I do like about this cable that other cables don't have is that there is rubber covering the clip on each end. While this isn't necessary by any means, it keeps the clips from breaking off. You won't notice any speed difference between the cat 6 and the cat 5e, unless you have a gb Internet connection (which is doubtful) so if you're trying to save cost the 5e should work fine.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- works, but extra clip protector a bit annoying- March 13, 2015
An ethernet cable either works or doesn't, and this works, so that's good. But recently a lot of them have been adding plastic or whatever around the clip, I guess to help keep it from breaking off as so often happens. But this also makes it difficult to remove the cable. The one on this is not too bad. I've definitely dealt with worse. And since I don't plan to plug and unplug this particular cable very often, it's not a big deal in my case. But I have dealt with some that are often moved around and are much more of a pain. I don't know what the perfect solution is here. The extra protectors are there to solve a problem, but create a new problem. I guess it depends on how often you move them around whether you want to have those or not.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
