Spacious and easy to keep organized
- 21 janvier 2019[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this just under 2 months, and we love it! It was the same height and width as our old fridge that we replaced, but it seems so much more spacious, I guess because of the door and drawer configuration. It takes advantage of every possible space, with various nooks and crannies to stick things: There is a pizza compartment in the front of the freezer drawer, and a little slaughter compartment at the front of the top fridge where we stick flat things like cheese and butter. Our old fridge was packed so full it was hard to find things; we transferred all the same stuff over into this fridge and have an excess of space. It is amazing.

Sexy, Sleek and Quiet!
- 21 février 2020[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this amazing refrigerator about three weeks ago and so far we are in love with it! We chose this fridge for its sexy and sleek lines, the beautiful interior and its features.. We did remove on of the top shelves on one side to allow for taller items, but we do not even miss it being there. The two refrigerated drawers are awesome and convenient. We are storing deli items on one side and the other I have our cold drinks. The freezer space is awesome with the two extra pull out drawers and the pizza storage pocket. Water and ice is always fresh and ready when we want it.

Most organized Fridge I have ever seen.
- 13 février 2018[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator. I saw it a couple of years ago and couldn't stop thinking about it because of the organizational features. You can see absolutely everything you have. The icemaker is in the door so it doesn't take up any space in the main compartment. I was able to shift a lot of frozen stuff from extra garage freezer because there's a ton of space in the freezer. I love the shallow slide out drawers because you don't pile stuff on top of each other. Fridge looks empty because it has so much space. I would buy it again. My husband wasn't sure about the two extra exterior drawers, but he loves the thing after using it for a few weeks

You wanted ice? Nope!
- 17 décembre 2024[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2years old now and all we’ve had is trouble with this refrigerator, since the beginning. It takes a full day to make ice. It freezes ice cubes in the ice maker part on top left side of refrigerator and leaks water all inside the herb part with the little sliding food and down the left door shelf. It also goes into the left drawer we use for cheese, that swims in melted ice water as well. I can put any items in the herb drawer because it swims in melted ice water. Water drips from ice maker seal into the box of ice cubes and freezes the ice reservoir door shut. They said it’s the seal so they replaced the ice maker door but it starts in the fridge part where the ice cubes are made. Ice builds up in the freezer above the top drawer. Do not buy this. We were so excited and paid over $5k when it first came out, that included install, geek squad 5yr protection $650. Horrible appliance.

Beautiful lightning and great features!
- 12 octobre 2022[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We looked at other refrigerators but none of them had the beautiful led lighting or the rich look like the KitchenAid. We love the sliding snack drawer.

It’s pretty but poorly made.
- 13 mai 2022[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is beautiful and if you believe the description on Kitchenaid’s website, will be a centerpiece of your dream kitchen. Unfortunately It is built poorly and has not bestowed any of the value I was led to believe it possessed. THREE MONTHS into owing this appliance, the ice maker has ceased to work. Multiple appointments have been made and I’ve now reverted to buying ice at the gas station. There are leaks and drops on my new floors as every time i open the door, water drips out. It also leaks onto the tray in front where you’d place a glass for filling. I have to sop that up every morning. The trim pieces on the front of the shelves are shoddy and two of them have already come off. And it’s not as easy as just putting them back on either so whenever I move anything inside, I’m almost guaranteed to have to replace them afterwards. The freezer compartment has an issue as well, because half of the food in there has ice crystals formed on top as if there’s a draft or an issue with the seal. I almost bought the matching range, but after reading the issues with that, I held off to see how I fared with this fridge first. Really glad I did. The two stars are really only for its beauty as it is one gorgeous fridge, but the design does not bear out its function. Literal real life clickbait

Be Aware!
- 13 mars 2023[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fell in love with this refrigerator in showroom. I bought KitchenAid set which works fine but, I must say the refrigerator is very disappointing. The freezer has been covered in ice and icicles after a few months. The ice maker routinely melting and delivers a nice splash of cold water out of the dispenser instead of ice. Have called and had repair workers come 6 if not more for issues on this unit, and 4 times for the ice maker. There is something seriously wrong with the design of this refrigerator. I hate that because it looks so good and I don't want to buy a non matching unit, but I also want a freezer and ice maker that actually work. Now I just made another appointment for someone to come out next week again. Buyer be beware!

Huge wow factors on the outside but I refer the in
- 3 avril 2018(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My wife and I bought this refrigerator after I spotted my wife all glassy eyed as she looked at this fridge in the showroom for the second time. I thought looked fantastic too. After using it for 2 months, what really impresses me is the the interior. First of all, it is very well lite inside; no dark spots or obscuring shadows. The grey interior helps items stand out. I find myself actually finding anything I'm looking for, instead of looking into the abyss and having to ask my wife: "Where is the mustard?" The sliding deli and veggie shelves have changed the way we use the fridge. Many times there is no need to open the main doors to make a salad or a sandwich. This has obvious benefits. The freezer is incredible with 3 shelves and a pockets for pizza and other tall or wide items. The first time we had guests over to our house, there was a crowd around the fridge. One of my wife's friends really wanted to buy it before coming to our house, and was really sorry she didn't after she saw it in our kitchen. One draw back: Due to the veggie and deli shelves, there is less height in the main compartment. So you have less options for tall containers. This is not really an issue because there is lots of room. Many things and placement methods we used with our previous fridges had to change using this fridge. Almost all of them worked out for the better. There is more of a learning curve to this fridge than any other I have used. Final conclusion: You have to use this fridge for a while to really appreciate it! As all the features and things you can do with it are not immediately obvious when you look at it in the show room.

The best Refrigerator EVER!
- 3 décembre 2019[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve just had our refrigerator a little over a month and I am so in love with it! When I open the doors of my refrigerator I can see everything in there without moving anything. There’s a sliding compartment that allows me to put top bottles of wine or juice easily. The lettuce and veggie compartments are awesome and they have filters so that my vegetables last longer. The freezer compartment below has three separate areas for frozen foods which is so much more space than I’ve ever had in a freezer. It’s got a special compartment for pizzas and anything else you need to freeze. I love my KitchenAid refrigerator.

Great looking
- 17 février 2024(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love the 2 refrigerator drawers that are accessible without opening the main refrigerator. They are like 2 extra crisper drawers. But there are still 2 crisper drawers in the main fridge space. Unfortunately with 4 shelves installed their really isn’t any place for taller items like OJ or catchup bottles other than in the door shelves unless you collapse the 1/2 shelf which puts the taller items at the front which just seems wrong. All in all I am happy with the fridge.
