[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this stove for Two weeks after installation, I find that it works fantastic. It had a clean look and performs well. The ease of the controls and settings makes it much easier to cook with this oven over my previous oven. I love the warmer burner and WiFi capability. The stainless steel and black combination looks great and is easy to clean. This is an impressive stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove looks great, burners heat up pretty fast, as does the oven. The only negative is the black glass top. It seems to scratch easily, though it may not be a scratch but may be burned on dirt which does not come off with a razor blade or cooktop cleaner. This stove replaces one which has the Ceran glass and it did not have any of the trouble I am having now. LG if you have suggestions I am listening, let me know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in Sept., was delivered in Oct. Haven’t really mastered the convection piece. The push buttons get sticky and require multiple pushes to change oven temp. The numbers by the dials are wiping off. The edging around the top is uneven and catches food and other particles.

Everything is great so far except how easily the cooktop gets scratched or marked up !! I have had this for 2 weeks - I have not spilled anything , boiled over etc. I cleaned with cooktop cleaner prior to cooking and followed manual instructions , but there are visible marks . The cooktop has crosshatching pattern on the black ceramic top which can get marked up very easily . Beware of this problem if you like a clean looking cooktop !!! I am very dissatisfied with the cooktop , but enjoy everything else about the product so far .

Unit was a replacement for a 1 year old Whirlpool Range .. It has a few extra features. Have found in the first week that the stove performs very well. The elements heat up more quickly and seem to hold a steady temperature much better than the old one. The oven also seems to heat more quickly, and is working well. We like the fact that the temperature settings can be adjusted if they don't appear to be what we expect or are used to. The stove top does not smear nearly as easy and seems to clean up better. Pleased with everything so far. Many thanks to our salesperson Madonna. She was exceptional.

My range is about 3 years old now….it’s the LG Electric Range model LREL6321, and it’s a terrible range. Within the first year the “painted” numbers designed to indicate the Lo, Med, Hi and in-between temp settings have completely disappeared, at the stove top controls… without the use of harsh cleaning products. The glass top has now faded from ordinary glass top cleaner products and the oven takes a minimum of 35 to 40 minutes to reach the required temperature needed, example when setting for 350 degrees, the stove dings within 5 minutes indicating it’s reached the required temp., but my manual thermometer I placed inside the oven reads 250 therefore making me wait the additional 30 minutes plus for the oven to reach 350. Also, when baking buns, the minute the buns are placed in the oven the temperature drops 25 degrees….very difficult to control. NOT RELIABLE WHAT-SO-EVER. Very disappointed with the product. Wishing we could have researched more to find out more about this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost a month ago and so far I am satisfied with my purchase especially the PureHeat feature which heats at a super fast speed. It matches my other LG appliances. The only negative is the lack of that one perfect-sized burner which is there only as a warmer.

I bought this product 1.5 years ago the key knob grading is wiped off and easily erased by any cleaning products. I am really astonished that this could happen. Very poor quality control. My stove looks worn out and it is still brand new.
