[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headband is adjustable, even though the website says it isn't. So, that's a plus. It's not exactly comfortable for full-day use, but it isn't terrible either. If used from time to time, it's fine. The microphone does swivel up and down, but it isn't more adjustable than that. The reception sound is good, if a bit tricky to get just right. The microphone/broadcast volume is sometimes iffy. This could be internet connection, though. Good buy for the money and occasional use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crank up your microphone boost to the max because this microphone is about as efficient as tying a string between two tin cans. I had to talk so loudly I sounded like I was fighting with someone to have my voice carried through this mic before CRANKING up my microphone boost. I've never had a line in headset this bad before. Very disappointed, I'd even go as far as tos say its not worth the price paid. At least the audio quality is good, somehow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed simple headphones that plugged into my computer. I called Best Buy, and the sales person recommended these. She did not try to sell me a more expensive item. This was exactly what I needed, and wanted. I use them to listen to music, and for Zoom conversations. I am very happy with the purchase: the sound is fine (good for me). And the cord is plenty long. So, I recommend these for one who wants simple headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am only rating this a 4 star because it does not have any background noise reduction. However, I didn't really expect much of that for the low price. Otherwise these work great and I would recommend as long as you know it will pick up pretty much all background noise and voices. I use these with my Mac for work calls and I can hear very well and others can hear me when speaking.

The quality and the noise reduction is really good and the unit is light weight . However, is not comfortable on the ear after a few hours of use it. This might be just me, but I prefer the in ear options or a on-ear that does not push so hard after 2 hours of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Obviously nothing fancy, but plusses for me are lightweight, analog plug (no USB shenanigan's), works with mic on left or right and has a manual mute switch + master volume on the cord. Nice cord length (6 foot) was also a consideration. Sound reproduction is very adequate and mic is clear and well positioned.

Why change when you found something that works? Brought the new set home and it had a wiring defect and would only work in stereo with the wire in the right position. They went back to the store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this headset with my smartphone for business calls and speak with many people with heavy foreign accents. This voice quality of this headset makes a big difference in the ability to easily understand the conversations. Also it is very comfortable even over extended periods of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones were purchased to cut down on background disturbances while listening recorded audio files for transcription. The sound quality though not studio quality was excellent enough to transcribe even scratchy recordings. We are quite satisfied with this product.
