This headset works great. The sound quality is excellent, save for the fact that I'm not an audiophile. It's great for listening to music; the sounds come out nice and clear. Works pretty well as a gaming headset too. The mic works fine, it just tends to be VERY sensitive, picking up any surrounding noises. The way it cups your ear may make it a little uncomfortable, with it being very warm and all. I personally didn't like it at first, but I've managed to adapt. However, that's when it was working. Unfortunately, I accidentally clipped the USB connector and now the device can't even be detected on my system! So, with any electronic device, be careful with it.

The only reason that I am not giving this 5 stars is because the usb connect is not very snug and hangs out quite a bit and based on the size and weight of the plug (and wire) it looks as if the either side could be damaged from the amount of movement at the connection. I included pictures of how far the connection hangs out and how far down the plug bends. If the plug is normal resting flat on a desk when pluged in it should be more secure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for work and it’s wonderful. Love how it is an on device mute button and volume button. Great quality sound. I love how people never say they can’t hear me like with my previous headphones from another company. I am extremely pleased with the size of the ear part as it is not uncomfortable. It fits well over my ears but it’s not too tight. And I can even wear my glasses and not feel uncomfortable like normally. I hate large overbearing ear parts of headphones. These are perfect for my small ears and the fact that wear glasses. The cord is also very long which is convenient for my office set up. You can also move the microphone away from your face and then they are like regular headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Audio quality, mic quality is great. I use it for my office zoom, teams and google video calls. It works fine with all of them. My biggest complaint about the product is my ear hurts after wearing for more than 1 hr. The headset is pretty small for someone with average head size .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can hear clearly and speak clearly have not heard my Manager's complain about back ground noses it’s comfortable because I work 8 hours with them so no pain at the end of my shift. Plug in and it works no extra I am a no fuse person I like easy !!!!

Didn't work out of the box. Tried it on two computers. Tried it in every USB slot on the two computers. Went into the sound setup of the two computers and made sure the settings were for the headset. Still no sound. Tried to contact customer service on the Logitech website. Impossible if you're not willing to "register" with them. Confirmed the input/output wasn't on "mute." Scrolled through user websites to try to get some clues. I don't know why this product has received positive reviews. I'm not happy about having to go through the process of returning. I guess the manufacturer doesn't quality control before zipping the product into it's clamshell packaging. Grrrrr.
