The sound is fine for music, but the overloaded bass is making watching movies disasterous. The system provides no meaning of control the eq. Also it loves to switch off when not in use for 5 minutes even when plugged. It is not suitable for home and tv/gaming music system. And one more thing - the system tends to block - no switching on/off, no bt control, just lit the blue light and not respond to anything. I have to wait the battery to die so I can restart or I have to break open the box and disconnect the battery. I should get some jbl next time.

I have thrown many parties, in doors and outside, with my Bag of Riddim and people always comment on how good it sounds. The rechargeable battery lasts long. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get the Bluetooth to pair, especial the first time I pair it with a new device, but that’s the only issue I’ve had with it. It always resolves, or I get impatient and use an aux cord. It’s a great buy. I don’t know why people are snoozing on this brand. I also have a couple of pair of their headphones and have given House of Marley as presents - their products sound great and last long.

I bought the bag of riddim2 about 6 months ago. I use this speaker daily. The speaker has absolutely phenomenal sound and a strong bass. Sounds far better then any other speakers in the price range that I sampled. Only negative is I find I don't get a full 10 battery life, but it's still pretty decent. In other reviews there is a complaint of a loud voice when you turn on/off the spare or pair Bluetooth. The voice wasn't very loud and it can be changed to a beep instead by pressing Bluetooth and volume at the same time. All in all this speaker exceeded my expectations and I would buy again in a heart beat!!

I bought this around a week ago now, I am really impressed with the quality. Already owned the Liberate Air earbuds and wanted to get a speaker for the home. I'm no music expert but I love the sound of the house of marley products, they give a nice rich sound no matter what music you listen too, we've tried all different genres. I think I've used this for about 8-9 hours in total so far after a full charge and still going strong. Bluetooth connectivity is good, had the speaker in the garden with my phone in my pocket the other side of the house with no loss of connection. Really happy with this purchase.

I’ve had this speaker for 3-4 years now and I have to say it amazes me. One day last summer I left it out by a pool with the speakers facing towards the sky & a huge storm rolled in that night. The day after I go looking for it to only realize I left it outside for a whole day in the rain. I pick it up and a ton of water fall out of the speakers, bag and charger. I didn’t think it would work, but I let it drain for a little and try to use it & it works as good as new. It’s been over a year since that & it’s still working perfectly. This is definitely a speaker I would buy over and over again. Not to mention the sound quality is great & I always have people asking me what brand it is.

I’m in love with this speaker! Well worth the money! Even more so on sale! The sound is absolutely amazing! The ease of use will make you smile and it looks beautiful!! The negative comments reference the voice prompts that I read here, nearly kept me from buying this, I’m glad I ignored those comments, as the voice prompts are not even any where close to screaming at you! The bag could use some straps to secure the speaker in place better, this would be my only complaint about this speaker!! 4.5/5 Would definitely recommend this to any music lover, and I would absolutely buy another one!!

Product has good sound (if you want lots of bass) but the lack of controls is frustrating. How hard would it have been to have an equalizer as an app for your phone? 99% of the time you will be connecting bluetooth. Returning it today because my family can't tolerate the voice prompts. "powering on" "paired" at full volume. Wakes the whole house if i try to start it early in the morning. If you live on an acreage and are already a little deaf from playing your ear buds too loud then this is the device for you.

This is one awesome Speaker! I was looking for something larger than a handheld speaker and this speaker fits the bill! Its not too big but packs a punch and looks great. The Base is tight and punchy with solid clear trebble. Its bluetooth and easy to pair and charge with included charger. Very powerfull for its size and would probably play for 8 to 9 hours at a high volume. Compared to the house of Marley Get Together the Bag of Riddom 2 makes the "Get Together" sound Flat! I gave this speaker a 5 star because there wasn't a 4.5 star only because there is no speaker grills to protect the woofers other than that I highly recommend this speaker Just be aware the base drivers are exposed and could be damaged got mine from Best Buy for 200 on sale

I bought mine in July 2021 and it has never let me down. I drive with it everywhere I go, it's like a must have accessory. The only modification would be to install a removable mesh to protect the front speakers, though mine have never been damaged.
