I do not know how this washer has a 4 star rating. My clothes are constantly coming out looking dirty, almost like the water doesn't rinse detergent off. One main problem is that the water never fills up enough so I have clothes sticking above the waterline. How is that supposed to clean clothes??? It's not like I over fill the washer either. I hate this washer. In fact, I am starting to hate all "smart" and energy-efficient appliances.

I bought this washer to replace my High Efficiency Whirlpool which was a good machine but this out rates it especially when you have a dog that sheds so much you think they should be bald. Not only does it clean well but the fur it picks up is unbelievable. I've only had it for a few months but the difference it's making in my gas dryer is amazing. Just turn and lift out the trap in the center of the adjutator pull out the fur in the bottom and rinse it then reinstall. We used to have to clean out the vent to the outside every 2 months because of dog fur and at 2 months next to nothing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love our washer! We got it replaced on the 9th! So we've been using it since then, and we absolutely LOVE it! I don't know what we did before we got this set! The amount of hair they BOTH get off of our laundry is insane.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a pet that sheds is a pain. Love our pets so we looked into Pet Technology from Maytag. I always purchased Maytag and enjoyed 40 great years of use. So in August 2023 we are enjoying a new Maytag washer & dryer with Pet Technology and it is doing a good job with pet hair we get on our clothes. I have added a photo of pet hair that was captured by our new washer from bedding washed by my daughter. Her dog Mila is a beautiful lab who sleeps on her bed. We were surprised to see how much hair our new Magtag with Pet Technology captured. This Mother & Daughter are happy. Thank you Maytag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched back to a top loader after 14 years of a front loader, and this machine has not disappointed!I prefer the delicates wash for most washing needs, but have tried and been impressed with the other wash options. I love the pet hair cleaning mode, it really helps pull off those straggling hairs that always seemed to stay on sheets, blankets and shirts. My only grievance is the noise of the water filling the drum, it took some getting used to it sounding like water was flooding out, it's not, it's just loud. This seemed to be the only complaint that was a consistent one I had read about. And I was surprised on just how loud that water pour is. Other than that, it's a great machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PRO: Love the Pet pro option, the very large capacity even with my King size items. Like the extra fill option, easy to use. Con: Lid lock seems to be on all the time, the spin out cycle isn't as good at ringing out like my old machine, but still adequate. Overall I love the machine!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought the pare a couple of months ago and it’s been really good for now. The other days I heard a weird noise coming from the washing machines like grinding gear. Hope I don’t have any problems with it.

Three days after the washing machine was installed, we noticed a large amount of oil leaking onto the floor. The site is not allowing to upload photos, unfortunately.
