This one-section unit spans 29" in width and offers a 6.5 cu. ft. capacity, accommodating up to 8 1/6 GN (Gastronorm) pans for convenient ingredient storage.

At its core, the NPT-029-SA features a self-contained rear-mounted Embraco compressor, maintaining a precise temperature range of 0.5°C to 5°C. The digital temperature control system ensures accurate management of internal conditions, while the automatic defrost feature minimizes maintenance requirements.

The prep table is equipped with one adjustable heavy-duty shelf and one insulated lid, providing flexible storage options and helping to maintain optimal temperatures. A spacious 14.5" cutting board is included for convenient food preparation. The unit features one solid hinged door for easy access to stored items.

Constructed with durability in mind, the NPT-029-SA boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning in busy kitchen environments. For enhanced mobility, it includes four swivel casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning.

Operating on a standard 115V/60/1-ph power supply and drawing just 2.0 amps with 225 watts, this energy-efficient unit uses eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant.
