I bought this phone plus remote handset package to replace some old equipment. I needed a package with two remote handsets in addition to the base unit. I was attracted to this product because of the brand and the design. The large button keypad and large LCD display is helpful to those of us with aging eyesight. The answering machine, call block and automated call block provide a high level of screening to stop unwanted telephone calls. The sound quality of the base unit and two remotes is excellent. The range between the base and the remotes is also good. All in all a great package especially if you can get it on sale.

These phones have been a wonderful for my parents. Large display and buttons on primary phone are very user friendly, loud ring also informs who caller is if in directory eg. call from best daughter. They have even made great use of the intercom feature between handsets rather than travelling to different levels of the house or screaming “I can’t hear you !” repetitively. We are all very happy with this purchase.

Wow! I ordered the phone one afternoon and it arrived the next morning!! We could hardly believe it! Thank you so very much! I did managed to set the time and get the phone message on it after a lot of blood, sweat and tears! The phone is great but it is too complicated for us to do anything more, which is fine for us. We have poor cell service so we must have a land line as my husband has had a heart attack. Panasonic is a great brand name. All our land lines have been Panasonic. I bet the company would make a gold mine if they also had a simpler phone for folks that aren’t very technical! Our son lives in Dallas, Texas so is no help! We are very pleased with the service from Best Buy.

If you reside in an apartment or condo, do not purchase this phone. If the phone answers your entrance door, these phones built-in features will block you ever knowing anyone is at your door. It will ask for press 1 to continue then disconnects the call—inferior research in designing this phone.

Bought these phones not quite a year ago and they keep dropping calls. The cordless ones seem to drop when you walk away from the base. Looking to return or exchange now. Happening to often. I do however love the features it has, so that’s a good thing.

I purchased this phone for my senior parents and we love it. They prefer to use the speaker intercom function and is so easy for them to press the button on to pick up the call and off to end the call. It is very clear for them to hear and the person on the other end as well. The answering machine is very easy to use as well. The only thing that is odd is the main menu screen display shows the current time and date, but for whatever reason it does not keep accurate time. Over the course of a few hours it seems to be about 15 minutes behind and it slowly continues to become further away from the actual time. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Why is this happening Panasonic?

Just got my new phone few days ago. It works perfectly. Very clear. Easy to set up. Got it on sale for $99.99.

Bought as needed one landline in floor above new Bell modem which was situated in bad spot in basement versus upstairs. When put the new modem in the techs said our old copper wire was causing noise on the phone line. So out with our working 40-year old Nortel phones. The wireless phones work fine and were tied in to a 1-year old, but same model Panasonic. The buttons on the landline part of the older Panasonic phone have gotten "clicky" when pressed, so am docking one star. Hope it lasts a few more years.

It was a gift for my parents. so far they are enjoying it. It seems simple enough to use and the phones sound clear.
