Love the simplicity and ease of use, voice is clear. Unfortunately it just died
- June 13, 2016I've had this one for about 6 years now, and it finally decided to pass away without any apparent reason - it wasn't ever dropped or pulled upon. I have a stationary wired phone I use for work, and it has the 2.5mm plug to which this fit. Four stars for features is because I'd wish the cord was longer, it's about half meter long., and that the mute button on the cord was fully functional - you have to keep pressing to keep mute, in other words it's not a "turn mute on and off" switch. Value wise - considering the cost and the number of years it served me - I think it's more than decent. All in all a good product, will be repurchasing, unless I can find a wired headset I can use with phone line plug.

Good headset for the price
- June 27, 2014[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a replacement for a headset our dog chewed. As I work from home I am on conference calls hours at a time. The headset is lightweight so not an issue when wearing for extended periods. The headset plug fits into my house phone handset without an adapter and it has a volume control/mute button built into the cord. The unit also folds up nicely when not in use. The mute button needs to be held down to work, which is counter intuitive to most mute buttons. First time users may be caught unaware by this so make sure you test the feature out before using. I use the volume/mute controls on my phone as holding down the button for extended periods can be a pain. Overall a pretty good headset for the price.

Best sound quality and comfortable
- May 17, 2014[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best sound quality of the few headsets that I tried. I hardly notice it when wearing it. The position of the microphone doesn't interfere with drinking or munching on food during long teleconferences. The mute button must be held depressed to mute the sound which I am ok with because anything more than a few seconds I would want to use the phone's mute button for that (so I would know the mute is in effect). The volume control for the headset does not work with my Ooma phone as it appears full functionality of the headset is only available for a specific list of Panasonic phones. That restriction is not at all evident from the packaging. However, I am quite happy with the sound quality as compared to other headsets.

Work great with the Panasonic wireless phones
- August 15, 2020[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this model of headphone for years. I use them with my Pansonic wireless phones that have a headphone/microphone jack on the side of the phone. I love going hands-free. This is especially helpful when on hold for a long period. My last headphone had worn out and needed replacement after a couple of years. They work well, are quite comfortable and sound good. I have found it is a good idea to reinforce the movable areas on the headband with a good tape to make them last longer.

Pretty good gizmo for the price
- June 6, 2012[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is about the only thing on the market for a regular land line phone anymore that isn't over-the-moon expensive. We were just looking for something simple and inexpensive to free up our hands while on the phone. Seems you can get this product or get a wireless unit for lots of money. So we took this one, and it works very well. We are getting the promised sound quality, too. All in all, it's a very good headset for the price.

Working great so far...couldn't ask for more.
- December 6, 2014[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headset works great with our Panasonic phones. Call clarity is good and the mic seems to work well also. It's used heavily and so far after about a month of constant 9am-5pm use it's held up fine. It's terrific not having to hold the phone up to your ear. It really frees up my hands so I can type or write normally during the call. Another benefit is you don't have the cordless phone(radiation source) right next to your brain. :)

Plug in cord too short...
- November 20, 2023[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the device. Don't like the too short plug in cord. For the price, you could have afforded to make it 1' longer so it doesn't tug on the phone or try to get pulled off your head if you turn your head the wrong way while talking on the phone with someone at your desk. Very disappointed with what otherwise is a good quality headset product. Now I need to locate and buy an extension cord I shouldn't need to purchase...

Great HeadSet for cordless house phone
- March 29, 2014[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to use a headset with my home cordless phone, so that I am free to do things while I am talking. I have bought many through the years and found them uncomfortable to wear and did not have good sound quality. I have never purchased this brand before, but so glad that I did. They are so comfortable to wear. I love the mute feature. They are adjustable and and fit great. I would highly recommend these.

Not easily broken and works the same as day one.
- November 27, 2010[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't regret my purchase. Still works great even though my daughter gets a hold of it from time to time. I have been using this headset everyday for 4 months. My callers hear my fine and it also cancels out background noise. Mute function works great. I feel that anything that can make it through a baby's reaching, grabbing and biting for 2 months plus extended use for 4 months, deserves a good review.

Not as comfortable on the head, but good on budget
- June 22, 2013[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a headset with microphone for my Panasonic KX-TGA660 portable phone(s). Because there is only one ear cup, the plastic piece on the opposite end is not very comfortable. I would not like to wear these all day. On the other hand, for hands-free operation without placing the portable phone on speaker phone mode (everyone can hear the other end), it works just fine.
