    Bought this as a replacement for my LG smart tv remote that my dog chewed up. It has no back button so navigating Netflix and Prime video is impossible. Don’t buy this one!

    I LOVE this remote! -I was able to program it to control both the Bose sound system (speakers and subwoofer/amplifier unit) and the Rogers cable box. It comes pre-programmed to work with Samsung TVs, which I loved because it's common sense, most people's TVs are Samsungs, and it was to be used with a Samsung TV, so I didn't even have to program to control the TV. -The price of the remote is so cheap, but the quality is good: It's light-weight, ergonomic, stylish, user friendly, and it has a soft, attractive, blue backlight that lights up all the buttons, except for the "A B C D" buttons. -There's a million codes on the list it comes with, so it'll probably work with your units, whatever they are. -Just make sure you haven't missed any codes in the CORRECT CATERGORY of lists when programming it.

    Great remote

    Never had an issue with the remote. Works for everything, no issue on Netflix as the other person mentioned. There are buttons are you can use to go back on Netflix. But I’ve yet to find a button to go back on Disney+. My previous one got broken by the kids and I’m returning to buy another. I’ve had harmony remotes and this is just as good.

    The remote won’t control the tv except the on/off function and the volume. I cannot get to access Netflix which was why I got the new remote in the first place. The Samsung TV is 10 yrs old and I previously was using a Roku remote for some years until the remote failed. D.

    Does not work with Bell Fibe TV

    I bought this thinking that it could control anything. Unfortunately, it will not control Bell Fibe TV boxes, one of the most common components in Canada
