[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for a single DIN CarPlay unit. I have this wired with a backup camera in my 99 Viper and it works great. Big benefit for this model are separate controls for the volume and previous/next song. I previously installed a floating Boss unit and it was only touchscreen and way too bright at night. The flip out is also very cool. CarPlay works flawlessly. The only downsides are that in direct sun(in a convertible) the screen is difficult to make out, but majority of people won't have an issue. The other is that it's $700. There are many many other options for cheaper, so I can only hope the price is due to very robust flip out system that won't fail.

My only complaint is that my newer Samsung Galaxy Ultra will not connect to the Android Auto so i cannot use the gps function. The Bluetooth connection does work, so i can hear directions...but cannot get the screen visuals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have thev upgraded speakers for my Wrangler and the factory head unit is junk. I didn't want a double din unit but I did want a screen to use. In comes this Pioneer Unit. It comes with everything I want and then some. The unit gives me enough power to make the speakers sound upgraded. It has Apple Car Play and Android Auto. If I am listening thru Bluetooth and I turn the Jeep off and get back in later, it is still on Bluetooth. The only issue I have had is Android Auto cutting out after listening to Amazon after a couple of minutes but that might be a setting in the phone. News at 11. Overall, I am very impressed and happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This radio had everything I was looking for: Bluetooth, USB port for charging and Apple Car Play function. Everything else is just a bonus. It has hands free calling, reads your text message, you can verbally reply to the text message and say"Send" and it'll send it. Yes, I know it has a DVD player/CD player but I wasn't interested in those features since this was a gift and the person using this radio doesn't listen to CD's and I was uncomfortable splicing into the parking brake to have the DVD feature to work when the car is parked. If you don't want to modify your dash, or a double DIN radio just doesn't fit but you want modern features, this is the solution. The car that I installed it in looks like it always belonged in there.

I had used the cheaper radios to save money and I should have ordered this one to start with. Sound is amazing, android auto is flawless and it has way more sound setting that I expected. I have it in my camper van and I had to add a usb and aux plugin beside it ( i had to drill a hole) to be able to have that easy to access. The remote makes it easier to adjust the sound level. I also added an extended cable for the aux out which allows me to add my bose portable speaker outside my van when Camping. Not a lot of cons for me compared with what is out there as a single din other that it is really pricy.
