What customers are saying

This third-party camera battery provides mixed performance. It offers good value with long-lasting charge and fast charging, making it a suitable backup option. However, some users report shorter battery life and slower performance compared to the original manufacturer's battery, especially for video recording. The battery may not match the full capabilities of the original, so having multiple batteries, including the original, is recommended for reliable power.

    Slow

this is a cheap spare battery. at a major cost, shooting fast this battery fails. it takes a long time to charge up to shoot photos, i didnt think a battery would make a difference, but this one hurts, i have to be well times when using this as a back up. i have missed many shots because it won't shoot... be wraned, it fine to power it up and take photos causally.. not 500 shoots in 10 min,, its too slow

    1/2 price = 1/2 charge

I can shoot 2 hours of video on my T7 with the Canon battery. This battery gives me 1 hour and 15 minutes. The Canon battery is fully charged in 1 and 1/2 hours. This battery charges in 1 hour. A new Canon battery will cost $80+. This one is $40. I guess it's a fair deal. You get half the juice for half the cabbage.

still works like when I first bought it

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - November 6, 2014

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] batteries are crucial, a great one is a God send. this battery holds a charge like when i first got it, which wasn't that long ago. the battery life is long, for lots and lots of pictures, get at least two so you can keep shooting. oh yeah, best thing is it recharges reasonably fast in the Canon LC-E10 charger.

    Backup battery

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - April 5, 2015

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it because I record video and take tons of photos and the original battery dies so quickly. It's great to have a back up but the juice runs out just as quickly if not faster during video. If using just for photos than this is a great replacement and will last for a few outings.

    Great for DSLR camera

    Reviewed by - April 23, 2013

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always conscientious of my camera losing power after being at my kids events which are always long. This battery has not been charged yet after its initial charge and using it to take over 111 pictures and about 6 videos on my DSLR camera during its 6 hours of use.

Great battery substitute for Canon cameras!

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - February 15, 2014

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product gives us an option to have a spare battery pack that is not cost prohibitive. I just hope that it will become cheaper in the long run when people start to actually buy them instead of the branded ones.

    Great battery

    Reviewed by - May 26, 2012

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found that this battery lasted all day and beyond before I had to recharge which was no problem. I kept a spare one fully charged for replacement. I took only still shots mainly with very little flash use.

    Extra Power

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - January 31, 2020

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this extra battery for a gift I got for my daughter. She travels extensively and will be doing photography. A great extra thing to tuck into the camera bag so you don't have to stop working!

    Great back up battery

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - April 9, 2015

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Time for trip, and definitely wanted a back-up battery for my Canon EOS. I could tell no difference in battery life between this battery and my original battery. Works great.

    Good battery at good price.

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - March 15, 2015

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a good battery without paying Cannon prices. This battery charged right up and lasts plenty long enough. I got it on sale for way less than camera brand battery.
