Red Swirl Flap Closure Plug Gasket Set for Compatible Diesel Engines

Our kit is designed exclusively for BMW N47 2.0 D engines. It includes four high-quality red gaskets and a matching sealing plug that fits perfectly into the intake manifold openings. No modifications are required – a 100% fit is guaranteed for models such as the 1 Series, 3 Series, 5 Series, and X3/X1 E84/E83.

Made from robust, heat-resistant metal and wear-resistant rubber. The plug withstands high temperatures and oil pressure, while the red seals provide an excellent seal. This material combination ensures durability and prevents leaks even under extreme operating conditions.

Reliably eliminates the frequent failure of swirl flaps due to soot deposits. Installing the plug prevents future engine damage caused by broken flap parts. Furthermore, installation improves airflow and can positively influence engine performance and fuel consumption.

The complete set contains everything you need for the repair. Installation requires no special expertise or expensive tools. In just a few minutes, the old, defective flaps can be removed and replaced with the new plug and seal – saving you time and workshop costs.

The high-quality red gaskets ensure an airtight seal on the intake manifold, preventing leaks. Our set offers you top-notch quality at a competitive price. It's a cost-effective solution to avoid expensive N47 engine repairs and protect your vehicle in the long run.
