That said, I'd like to understand why the 'refurbished' context is not shared in the ad? In this case, I have purchased a device with a screen replacement that is not an Apple genuine part. This isn't in alignment with this statement from the add "Product has been tested for 100% functionality.". This is not 100% correct as there are features not supported by the screen replacement. Short of the constant "Important Display Message" in Settings, I'm disappointed. Ironically my only reason for this phone replacement was because of my iPhone Xs screen's failure - which for $365 or so, I could have replaced the screen with a genuine Apple part. There are cheaper options for screen replacement which appears what MobileKlinik has chosen and not shared this in the ad. If the ad had said screen replaced with non genuine part, I would have known ahead of time what I was purchasing and probably just replaced my own screen with a genuine part. I really think there should be more transparency on what work was performed under the 'refurbished' envelop. I'm not sure why this isn't just done. Buyer beware. I'm sure MobileKlinik read these comments. Make adjustments and your team can do better.
