Purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 from best buy and their trusted marketplace seller Gadget Source. Listed as "excellent" condition, (not "good" or "fair"), this phone came with very noticeable fading around the edges of the phone. Most likely water damage or the screen detaching. When asking for a return, Gadget Source customer service basically told me too bad, you get what you get. Extremely disappointed with Gadget Source and Best Buy for trusting this seller. I have bought refurbished phones in the past from other sellers that were honest with their description so beware of trusting Gadget Source.

Perfect phone for me for the price. Much better than paying for a new iPhone 17. I don’t need the latest and the greatest. This phone is very similar to iPhone X which I had to replace as the technology was so old. The phone arrived one week after I ordered it. All my apps ported over perfectly, but I ended up taking the phone to my service provider so they could swap out the SIM card (no charge for that). The new phone has eSIM capabilities, which the old phone didn’t. When the time comes to replace iPhone 14 I will do it through Best Buy again and buy another refurbished phone.

The phone was delivered quicker than estimated, which made it worth the shipping prices. However, the screen has dead pixels, the battery capacity is below 80%, and there were several markings on the cameras that give a glare when taking pictures. I paid for excellent condition and got less than expected, but I’m overall still okay(ish) with what I received, given that the price reduction compared to brand new is still a lot better. If you want “excellent” camera and battery quality guaranteed — spend more money and buy brand new. If you want to save money with the cost of lower expectations — buy this!

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 in Excellent condition for my dad, and I’m very pleased with the experience. The phone arrived in less than six days, looking practically brand new with a smooth, flawless display and 97 percent battery health. Performance is fast and reliable, and for a refurbished unit, it feels premium right out of the box. The iPhone 14 is powerful enough to remain a solid daily driver well into 2030, depending on the user’s needs and habits. Overall, this is great value and a smart buy for anyone considering a quality device without paying full price.

received the phone extremely fast, came in generic packaging. It was a box stuffed in a Telus bag which was sent in a purolator box. I’d suggest maybe better packaging in the event of rough handling to ensure the package/ product doesn’t get damaged. the phone itself was in excellent condition as advertised with an 87% battery life- was hoping for at least 90% but it’s understandable if you’re buying a refurbished phone. there were no scratches or marks on the phone, and the phone functionality is perfect. the phone was unlocked and ready to set up immediately, inside the packaging also came with a small charger. i’ve only had the phone for a few days now but it seems to be functioning perfectly. i bought this phone from Mastercom, i was a bit hesitant wanting to purchase from this seller having seen their reviews. however, the phone is in excellent condition and it’s working very well so far.

I got this for my son it came in a timely fashion, and was in excellent condition, I would definitely recommend this seller!

The delay to receive the phone was way to long and it was almost impossible to get informations about where the phone was until a week and a half. Took 3 weeks to come I didn’t expect that for a phone luckily I didn’t need it quickly. Then when it arrived there was no SIM port cause it came from the US and the anouncement didn’t tell so. Fortunately, my phone carrier easily provided the ESim service. Other than that the phone works perfectly. I would not advice you to buy from here if you need it know and don’t want to deal with the Esim. The worst about it that I didn’t buy a Esim version and I am know stuck with it. If you have a safer and more quick alternative don’t miss

This arrived promptly and in pristine condition, as described. Battery capacity at 100%, no marks, scratches or dings. Would buy again.

Since it's not Christmas yet, I haven't seen the final result of *happy dancing* and *squealing*, but I can tell you that this purchase from "Smart Orange", through Best Buy's Market Place, the ask-a-question communication, and the speed of arrival ....well, it's all been just Excellent!! The iPhone looks perfect and I'm expecting the "youngin" will find this midnight coloured, refurbished phone to be just perfect for them!!
