    Poor customer service

    Make sure you are certain with the product are ordering from this wholesaler. I went to cancel my order the same day I placed the order and I was told I had to wait until I received the item as there was no option to cancel. Upon receiving the item, I was then told I have to pay to ship it back. A range hood of this size is not cheap to ship and all could have been avoided if I was simply allowed to cancel my order in the first place.

    Noisy and weak!

    I read all the good reviews here and ordered the product. Big mistake! The unit is ridiculously noisy, even ta the lowest setting, and seems quite weak in terms of exhaust power at the same time. Totally disappointed and will probably throw it in the garbage!

    The fan looks fantastic in our kitchen. The design is very modern and works well. Good lighting. Just make note this unit plugs in,it is not hard wired. Well worth the money,highly recommended.
