Warranty Information

Check with the manufacturer for details.

This is an Open Box Product. It's been inspected and is fully functional. It includes all original accessories and a minimum 1-year warranty (unless noted otherwise below). For return details, see the Return Policy tab.

What you need to know
  • Open Box — inspected, confirmed fully functional, and re-sold at a lower price with all original accessories
  • True 11.1.4 channel full surround configuration rated at 756W
  • This is a multi-piece system, not a single bar — plan placement for the surround components
  • Required accessories (sold separately) — HDMI or optical digital cable, depending on how you are connecting the sound bar to the TV
Sound quality
  • Wireless Dolby Atmos delivers cinematic, immersive sound with clear, precise audio from a compatible Samsung TV
  • The 11.1.4 layout places real speakers around and above the listening position rather than simulating them
  • SpaceFit Sound Pro analyzes the room and optimizes the sound output to match its acoustics
Design and placement
  • The system separates into bar, subwoofer, and surround components for positioning around the room
  • Q-Symphony plays the TV's own speakers alongside the system rather than muting them
Setup and connections
  • Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are both built in for wireless streaming from different devices
  • Q-Symphony requires a compatible Samsung TV to combine the TV speakers with the sound bar
