A SATELLAI Telecom Plan is required to activate and use the connected features of SATELLAI Collar Go. Your first month is FREE, then a subscription is required to continue using the service. Choose $9/month, $50/6 months, $95/year, or $120/2 years based on your needs. The Telecom Plan provides the cellular connectivity required for features such as GPS tracking, app-based alerts, health monitoring, and two-way audio.

Customizable Virtual Boundaries & Escape Alerts
Create customizable safe areas in the SATELLAI App and receive app-only escape alerts when your dog leaves a designated area. Whether your dog wanders too far during a park visit or slips out through an open door, timely notifications help you respond sooner and check your dog's location. Virtual boundaries provide monitoring and alerts only; they do not physically restrict, contain, or correct your dog.
Activity & Health Monitoring
Better understand your dog's everyday routine by monitoring walking, running, resting, and activity patterns. Daily summaries can help you recognize changes in your dog's usual behavior and stay more informed about their overall wellness. Two-Way Audio & Doggie-Talkie
Stay connected even when your dog is out of reach. The built-in microphone and speaker let you talk to your dog in real time through the SATELLAI app. You can also play pre-recorded voice commands to get your dog's attention, call them back, or provide reassurance when you are away from home.
SATELLAI Sense AI Pet Care Assistant
Go beyond simply collecting pet data. SATELLAI Sense AI analyzes your dog's activity and wellness patterns to provide personalized insights and daily summaries. More importantly, you can interact directly with the AI through the app, ask questions about your dog's behavior, activity, or daily care, and receive guidance based on your dog's individual data and characteristics.

Spend more time with your dog and less time charging. The US version provides up to 4.5 days of battery life in Power-Saving Mode and can be fully charged in approximately 2 hours. Actual battery life varies depending on GPS usage, network conditions, tracking frequency, and other factors.
International Cellular Coverage
Collar Go uses a built-in SIM card and cellular connectivity to support tracking across multiple countries and regions. For users in the United States and Canada, coverage is based on supported LTE-M and NB-IoT networks and may extend to up to 51 countries and regions. A compatible SATELLAI cellular plan is required to access tracking and connected features.
