Sony SS-CS8 145-Watt 2-Way Centre Channel Speaker - Black

So after owning second hand and hand me downs, I finally decided to let loose of some money and buy a new system. I was originally going to go with Klipsch, but I’m glad I made this choice instead. I enjoy the mids, and highs the speakers produce (The sound fills our space with no problem. We live in a 1400 soft Townhouse). I spent multiple hours with the “burn in”, and there is a great quality of sound that they reproduce. I purchased four of the towers, a couple bookshelves, and center (I already had a nice subwoofer). I married them up with the Onkyo TX-NR656 (7.2 ch) receiver. As of yesterday I finished off our entertainment area with the Samsung UN65MU8000 television. Everything looks and sounds great!! I would definitely purchase again, and recommend to a friend.

Purchased this set of Sony surround sound speakers about 1 year ago. Goal was to get a nice/affordable sound system for a big screen tv. I was very disappointed with the system and had to watch tv with subtitles. Ali most threw away the whole system until I replaced this center channel speaker with a Polk audio (6 speakers). Difference is night and day. I’m pretty happy with the other Sony Speakers, but recommend looking somewhere else for the center channel.

I bought this center speaker to add to my sony surround system and its actually what i expected and more. The audio is clean and clear when watching movies. Im happy with my purchase.

I returned the definitive technologies procenter 10000 and bought this one. I intially had the micca MB42-C and i thought that speaker was big but not loud enough. I had to raise the volume at night and it used to disturb my family when watching tv. I wanted to get a nice clear center channel speaker, So i got the definitive technologies procenter 1000 and the quality was good but i did not feel it was worth it. Then i got this one at $73 and its made a good difference in my movie vocal quality and also playing songs at all stereo mode. I think its a good looking , better sounding that the definitive speaker. Get it!!
