Great Sony receiver!
- November 27, 2022[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want a great sounding receiver that is affordable, look no further. I couldn't be happier. Very easy to set up and to hook up to Bluetooth.

Awesome Sound!
- May 27, 2023[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I was looking for a simple, bluetooth capable receiver for my workshop. I read reviews on several brands and models and decided to buy this one. I picked up this receiver on 05-26-23, placed it in my workshop and hooked it up to a pair of VINTAGE Realistic (Radio Shack) home stereo speakers that I bought in 1982! Maaaannn...this little receiver made them come alive! Solid bass and crisp highs with satisfactory adjustments. I don't know what the heck some people are complaining about, but this is a very good, budget receiver! If you're not expecting $1000 sound from a $180 receiver with bluetooth capability, you'll love this one.

Get yourself one of these
- December 22, 2023[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I added a couple of nice Sony speakers and hooked up my turntable. It sounds awesome. RCA to my tv and Bluetooth to my phone. It’s everything I need to make my living room a powerful and nice entertainment environment. I will add another set of speaker to fully use it’s capabilities. It’s a steal if you compare others, not only a great receiver in terms of quality and sturdy built the will last forever. Oh and don’t forget it has a phono amp built in, which works a lot better than the ones in most turntables

$199 now. Was $139 in 2020. STILL WORTH IT!!!
- June 21, 2022[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will admit it sounded a bit thin then I connected the "high level in" on a 150 watt 12" active subwoofer to the B channel of the receiver. It doesnt cut watts in half for A/B to run at the same time because the crossover in the subwoofer makes it essentially invisible to the receiver. I have no over heating issues, because it barely gets warm. I even ran a 7 band EQ through the phono which really brought it to life. It's the best sounding stereo I ever owned. The bluetooth sounds great too. I also make sure the built in EQ in my phone is adjusted for the bluetooth audio. It all sounds fantasic and its LOUD!

Mesmorazing
- April 30, 2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ¡WOW! I'm just mezmorized the sound for the price is like having a AUDIOPHILE SYSTEM that is worth THOUSANDS I was skeptic at first because i only had 2 very old Panasonic bookshelf speakers with only a small 4.5 woofer and a 2.5 tweeter that can hold 50 watts RMS and boy I was so surpriced. I don't need anything else. I'm so happy.

Simple pairing, excellent sound.
- August 6, 2022[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mids are so much clearer. Actually I initially purchased a Yamaha bluetooth receiver but the pairing was complicated at best,so I returned it and purchased the Sony receiver that also had great reviews. The pairing was very simple and the sound was great.

Excellent 2 channel receiver for the money.
- January 21, 2023[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Bang for the buck.. I have it running a pair of definitive tower speakers at my shop and it sounds as great. For around 200 dollars it rivals some units costing 3x as much. All of the features are easy to use, and the Bluetooth has good range.

Sony str-dh190
- May 21, 2022[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 100% satisfied! Enjoying this receiver very much. Good price and performance. Matches my other Sony equipment. I also recently purchased the SS-CS5 bookshelf speakers and they sound great with this stereo. I especially like the Bluetooth conectivity.

Affordable Audiophile Sound quality
- March 29, 2020I wanted something for the bedroom with remote control, fm tuner, and to amplify the signal from my 40” 4K TV. I almost didn’t buy it because I didn’t think it would be good enough for my speakers. My speakers are a pair of restored JBL L65 Jubals with upgraded audiophile crossovers. The JBL L65 Jubal speakers are highly regarded speakers and a bit unforgiving of poor sounding gear...but I am shocked to discover that this little Sony Receiver sounds quite good playing through my upgraded L65s! I get good clean sound quality, a solid centre image when watching TV, and a decent FM signal. What more can I ask for? I’m very happy with its performance. Also the Sony receiver Manual says 2 year manufacturer’s warranty.
