[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am SO happy with this TV! It's the perfect size for my bedroom, fits on a shelf so I didn't have to wallmount, and the images are crystal clear with stunning colors and resolution. I love that I can watch Mets games on it via my iPad and mlb app, which I can cast onto the smartTv feature and watch on the big screen. The price was excellent, service at the store by Patrick was outstanding, and I'm totally in love with my new Sony TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so pleased with this tv which we have had for about 3 weeks. We swear by LG and Samsung in this household, but this replacement tv has outperformed our expectations (I have to admit the LG 32" we are replacing was 20 years old--not to shabby). I read all the comments when searching Best Buy online for a replacement tv and really appreciated the comments on this Sony. Sooooo, my recommendation? This Sony is the 32" to buy!! Beautiful picture, great sound, a smart tv with all the apps, no glare, good line of sight no matter where you are in the room, and the tv frame is smaller providing a much larger picture screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV replaced a 17 year old 1st generation 32" Samsung flat screen. The TV was still working well but it was very heavy (could barely lift) and clunky with a large black frame around the screen. Plus, it was obviously not a smart TV. I wanted the same size for my bedroom. As a Google TV set up did take a while but was easy to do. As expected the picture is amazing! Sound is adequate but will likely add a mini soundbar. Even in the box, the TV was very light and as an elderly I was able to carrying it up the stairs with one hand. Very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent quality TV in the size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sony should be the very best 32" set on the market. It's picture quality is excellent and it can actually show real HDR10 video from streaming sources. It has three HDMI inputs where most 32" sets only have two. Now for the downside. Like most small TVs the Sony has down firing speakers but where the audio on other TVs is very good, that's not the case on this Sony set. The sound can get thick and murky at times and the audio settings are limited. An equalizer is missing and would have been of value here. So, again, excellent video but sub-par audio, at least for me. You may have a different experience so I would still recommend trying the set out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this tv because i tried playing a ps3 on a 65” 4k and it looked terrible. Figured this tv would be perfect as most ps3 games only support 720p anyway. Even though the resolution pixel wise of tv is 720p it does support 1080p input somehow. Other than that games look amazing on here 32” is the perfect size for the ps3 generation. Played games like mgs4, gta5 and god of war 3 on it recently. Also supports hdr if you want use as bedroom tv for your ps4 while your ps5 is on your main tv in living room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is good, sound is good. The problem I have with it is that takes a minute to get going. It cycles through screens a minute, connects to the sound bar, then disconnects, reconnects, then plays sound through both speakers and sound bar for a bit. Its annoying. Can't get in any hurry trying to watch anything. Called Sony support, they told me to unplug it and plug it back in. That was laughable. and this process did NOTHING. It was a week past Best Buys exchange date when all this started happening. We don't have this issue with our other model Sony Smart TV's, guess those are smarter! I will be replacing this thing shortly! I won't even give it away, it's going to recycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be the only Google TV in 32", no matter, Sony is always my first choice. Have had it for 8 months, great TV. Doesn't have the highest resolutions available but at 32" don't think that's significant. The Sony quality, control functions, and the Google TV features are worth a little more in price, easily. Actually just bought a 2nd one today for a different room.
