Working in IT I spend long periods of time standing in one place. I did hear about anti-fatigue mats but I was skeptical at first and now pleasantly surprised! This mat works! No more aching knees from a long day at work. I will be purchasing more for the office. I have used this mat for a few weeks now and really enjoy it. It provides just enough cushion while maintaining a slim profile. The mat comes in a brown cardboard box that is just big enough for itself. The mat is wrapped in a plastic bag. This all makes for minimal recycling and a straight mat with no curling. The mat is very sturdy and doesn't move around on the ground. When I pick it up to clean under it does not stick to the floor at all. I am 225 pounds and if I stand on the mat with two feet, I do not sink to the floor below as I can still feel more give. I like that the top is plain as it look very good wherever I put it. The mat is very easy to clean as nothing seems to stick to it and the smooth finish means it can be wiped off easily. So far the mat is very nice to stand on either with or without shoes. I will continue to use this mat regularly and may get another for other places where I stand a lot. I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review.

Using the mat seemed to help with my lower back stiffness when standing for extended periods. Size was sufficient and material seems it will be durable. Disclaimer - I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review.
