This serum seems to be a little stronger than the Advanced Intensive Retinol Night Moisturizer that I’ve been using. I think I was ready for something a little stronger. I am using the serum every few nights at first and Night Moisturizer on the other nights. Started with a sample that was included with another purchase and then recently bought this product. Tolerating well and will increase serum in time. I have sensitive skin and have tried many prescription and OTC retinols and retinoids that are just too harsh for my skin. Never was able to use the other products even every 2 nights, because I peeled too much no matter how long and religiously I used them.

I'm really impressed with this product. Recently, I started to notice forehead lines that had a lot of staying power and went looking for something that I could use to combat that. My mom's always been a big proponent of retinol and I decided on this product. It's been great! You can really see it working. I've been using it every day for about two months and the difference is really noticeable, I wish I took pictures! I do have really fair skin, so I had to amp up my daily SPF when using this product. That's my only warning but I thought that might happen anyways. The retinol just made me a little more sensitive.

I use this product twice a day in tandem with the Anti-Wrinkle Intensive Eye Cream, Advanced Acid Rehydrate & Replump Serum, Anti-Wrinkle Recode Line Transforming Melting Serum, and Anti-wrinkle Intensive Moisturizing Concentrate, and am truly amazed with the results. Despite the harsh winter weather, my skin is soft and smooth. I have also noticed the "11" wrinkle I have between my eyebrows is far less visible than it was before using the products mentioned. I am very pleased with the results I am seeing. Additionally, my foundation makeup seems to glide onto my skin and I don't use as much foundation as I was before using these products. My skin simply radiates and looks fresh.

The best thing about this serum is that it belongs to a family of synergistic StriVectin retinol formulas. I use this every morning and every night. During the day, I use it under the Wrinkle Recode Melting serum and the Advanced Daytime Moisturizer with SPF. At night, I use it under the melting serum, the S.T.A.Rlight retinol oil and the Retinol night cream. I have very sensitive skin (a notorious redheaded trait) but I have never seen even a trace of irritation. What I have seen is skin that looks 10 years younger than my skin actually looked 10 years ago... buy it. It’s so worth it.

I have been using the Advanced Retinol Concentrated Serum for just over a month. It really has it's work cut out for it on my skin after 25 years of Texas ranch work. I have noticed an improvement. Texture has improved and there has been a small reduction in the wrinkles which are seriously deep. Although I'm not expecting to look 40 again, I'm hopeful there will be more reduction of wrinkles. Most products break out my skin, but I have not had a problem with this particular product. Only 4 stars because it is expensive, but it does appear to work.

I've been using this product for a couple months. It goes on smooth and absorbs quickly. It felt nice, but I didn't think it was really doing anything for me. Then a couple weeks ago, my husband--who has never commented on my skin in TWENTY years of marriage--says that I should go without makeup more often. WHAT? WHO? It was then that I realized that I was wearing less coverage (like foundation) and often going through a regular every day without any makeup. The results kind of snuck up on me! It's not a miracle serum, but for me I have seen a definite smoothing of small lines, evening out of some redness, and overall brightness in my skin. I also have sensitive skin and this didn't bother me at all, even after rubbing it in close to my eyes.

I've been using this serum underneath my moisturizer for almost 2 weeks now and I've noticed my skin is more even toned, brighter and looks plumper. This is the first time I've tried anything with Retinol in it and I can see why my derm recommended it for people in their 40s. I've loved the results of this Retinol serum that I've just placed an order for the daytime and nighttime Retinol moisturizers as well. This serum will be a staple in my daily beauty routine.

Love Advanced Retinol Concentrated Serum. I think it has the strongest or most retinol in the Strivectin facial sin care line. It is still easy on the skin though while delivering optimal results. There is a little more peeling with this - not too much, but that is how I know it is working. I use it about once a week at night and use Strivectin Advanced Retinol Night Moisturizer the other nights. I am 65 years old and have been using this several years.

I've been using StriVectin products for at least 15 years. I use the Advanced Retinol serum along with the Advanced Retinol Day moisturizer and in the evening I add the S.T.A.R Night oil along with the Evening Retinol moisturizer. My great grandchildren were with me shopping and when the 4 year old said " Great MeeMaw" a lady came up to me and said I can't believe your a Great Grandmother. She said "you look stunning!" That's why I love it!
