[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn’t last more than a year. Some of the buttons stopped responding when pressed. Got it for a school-aged family member. It had no signs of abuse or water damage. I did a ton of research into the issue. No one answers that I found helped. I took the whole thing apart and inspected it myself. There were some issues with the internals. Corrosion on some of the circuit board contacts and some other strange things going on. Cleaning the corrosion did not fix the problem. I had this same model nearly 15 years ago and it lasted through all the years I needed without any issues it until I lost it. A shame, really.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, who knew that calculators can be expensive. I bought this for my son before he went of to college. In my research this calculator constantly popped up as one of the top calculators. Yes, there are other calculators that have more features and color. But, this does the trick and is simpler to use. Several of the complaints from the other more expensive and colorful calculators was their complexity. Most stated that you spend more time trying to figure out how to use it than calculating the problem. So far so good this calculator has everything my son needs for his schoolwork. It is also approved for use on exams such as ACT, SAT. Most calculator requested by instructors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this calculator for my statistics class. It's easy to use, with a pretty intuitive keypad. The secondary functions are easy to locate, and the calculator overall has a sturdy, well-made feel to it. It's a big calculator, but not so big that I can't hold it with one hand and punch in numbers with the other. (And i have very small hands.) Downloading/uploading programs is simple. I know there are newer, fancier graphing calculators out there, but this one suits my needs perfectly, and wasn't too terribly expensive compared to other calculators.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once you reach a certain level in High School, this graphing calculator is considered the standard. It's more expensive than others but the company did a good job of standardizing it with teachers and it's what they know how to teach using. Would have liked to buy a less expensive one, but I wanted my daughter to have what the teacher and other students are all using to avoid issues and ensure she is up to date with everyone else. Not worth her having to take extra time to learn something because her calculator operates a little differently.
