Staff Review: I love the sleek simplistic look of the Mirabel Faux Leather Platform Bed. It's a low profile bed that's perfect for a minimalist room, the side rails only come up 11 inches off the ground. The footboard is low to the ground at 12 inches high, while the headboard comes to 36 inches. The headboard, footboard, and side rails are wrapped in a comfy foam and upholstered in a smooth soft faux espresso leather. I like the look of the faux leather, it's got a slight sheen to it but not too shiny. Of course, that will always depend on the lighting in your room! The leather is soft and comfy, it doesn't feel like it will easily break or become brittle over time. There's also a simple beige stitching on the headboard and footboard that adds a touch of classic contrast to the piece. You'll be sure you're safe and supported by the 13-slat pack and center support rail, which makes it easy to use this bed without a foundation!
