The blade is infinitely adjustable from 0.5 mm to 5 mm via a wheel, with a cutting width (blade width) of 64 mm, ideal for potatoes, cucumbers, carrots, apples, onions, eggplants and much more!

Includes one smooth blade and three interchangeable julienne blades with 1, 2.5, and 6 mm serrations for various cutting tasks, as well as a plastic safety slider to protect your fingers. Non-slip feet and hooks secure the slicer to your work surface or the edge of a bowl for effortless slicing.

New, improved design, made in Yamaguchi, Japan. The blades, crafted from high-grade, rust-resistant stainless steel, are compressed, heat-treated, and then hand-finished to give them an extra-sharp, long-lasting bite. The body is made of BPA-free plastic.

Care: Simply wash by hand – easily disassembled for cleaning. Dishwasher safe at low temperatures.
