Vegetable slicer, shredder, cheese grater accessories

This quick-release slicer/shredder attachment is designed for all series of stand mixers (including tilt-head and bowl-lift types) where it allows for quick and easy installation and removal. As your culinary needs dictate, most firm vegetables, fruits, and nuts can be sliced effectively using the three different blades, such as cheese, potatoes, cabbage, beets, cucumbers, carrots, hard chocolate, walnuts, etc. The plastic attachment parts should only be washed by hand. The drum blades are dishwasher safe, but please note they are for hand washing only.

With a food-grade plastic housing and pusher, aluminum rotor shaft, and all-stainless-steel blades, it helps you prepare fresh ingredients for cooking efficiently over its long service life.

It is quite easy to install on and remove from the mixer stand, unlike other attachments.

Once it starts, the blade rotates steadily in the housing due to the designed socket for dynamic fastening.

Thanks to its design, it allows for much faster removal and blade changes when the mixer stand is turned off.
