I bought the mattress and the pillows from the same company. Pillows arrived in two days, however mattress took 4 days to arrive and took one more day to fully expand. I could clearly felt the temperature difference between my earlier no gel mattress and this one. I don't feel warm in this mattress.

I wrote the review below. It looks very nice but upon inspection the quality is terrible. Aside from a 1x2 inch black stain that is on the bottom, the stitching is really bad. It honestly looks like it was stitched by a teenager with little to no prior knowledge of what they were doing. It's all over the place and on several places on the bottom edge it looks like they messed up, put material over it but didn't stitch the sides back up. This is on three different spots on the bottom edge. There is also white fluffy stuff sticking out like two inches from the stitching on the end. I'm not quite sure what to do because it took two weeks to get here and I literally just bought and set up a queen bed. If I had spent the "Original" price I would be furious. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

I've just received it and will update in time. The mattress is gorgeous and I'm looking forward to trying it out. Initially, I was under the impression the mattress came dirty and there were a few large black smudges on the outside. Upon further inspection, it was actually on the most inside plastic layer. The box it came in was literally falling apart as well but nothing is damaged so I guess that's what matters.

Delivered in 5 days. It is firm.

The mattress had a very powerful and irritating residual chemical odor which continued to be evident after more than three weeks of airing out in an unoccupied room. We were very disappointed since this chemical odor made the mattress essentially useless!

Attention this mattress is hard. It seems that memory foam on the top is very hard and is not doing what is is suppose to do since is not enough elastic as compare to my other one. I have to put something soft on the top.
