They want you to be ANGEY! Open your fridge, find the filter and pull it out. It has a QR scan code on it that takes you not to the replacement filter, but to pay page if multiple filters. Does the fridge have the filter number printed inside in its info plaque? No. Is your fridge model listed next to the various filters on the web page? No. If you enter your fridge model number in the search box does it indicate the correct filter? No. it’s like they want you to be frustrated, confused, and waste time and money on the wrong product. Furthermore the replacement light is a lie. It is not based on the actual filter status, it’s just a time reminder. No smart filter. No pressure sensor. It will tell you to replace it regardless of the filters condition.

I found the bulk prices here are usually better then any where else and I'm guaranteed to get OEM products.

We purchased the FGHD2368TF6 in July, 2019. We bought the EPTWFU01 water filters. They both worked perfectly. Bought a couple more, and they do not fit the refrigerator. Water streamed out in the refrigerator. There is a slight shorter of the cap and a bit shorter overall about 1/16th.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two years ago I made the mistake of buying an off brand of filter that was cheaper than PureSource. It happily clicked into place. Six months later it wouldn’t budge! The simple push-in and release motion that is required for PureSource is not what I was up against here. I literally had to dismantle the water filter area, pry this thing lose and hope like heck that I hadn’t broken any plastic parts! It was a nightmare! Live and learn. If you’re frowning at the cost of original replacement filters, just get over it! You do not want to go through the headache of prying out an ill fitting cheaper one. PureSource is what you need. Period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this filter about a month ago; we had been without for over a year because it was just one of those expenses that weren't a necessity (thank you Brita). So when my son saw me fill a cup of water from the fridge and drink it he thought I was crazy! I told him to chill (lol) and remember what it was like long ago when we had clean fridge water. Picture us jumping up and down with excitement while drinking the purest water ever in the kitchen, because that's exactly what we did when we got this excellent filter. It's hard to find now so super glad the company still makes/sells them because no other filter does the job. Thank you Frigidaire!

Let me start off by saying we bought a fridgidaire gallery fridge about 5 yrs ago and it’s a constant nightmare...the ice maker is the worst part always clogging up and goes into crushed ice mode randomly...the ice bin has already broke and that’s was expensive to replace. Why would you have error codes for jammed up ice in the dispenser? You knew this was a crap design! The water filters I just ordered came in a junk mailer and both filters had the boxes ripped open and the filters could have been damaged. The filter I just changed and primed and purged per directions and the water tastes like old pool water. I will never in my like buy anything that has Frigidaire on it.

Feels like Frigidaire knowingly makes a crappy product to force you to buy them more often (AND they're very expensive!). The original filter that came with our fridge worked great, but every replacement we've had since has been horrible. After about 6 weeks, the water flow slows to just a trickle. This has happened with every single replacement filter we've had (at least 5). Not to mention, we've now have two that have cracked, leading to a flood in our fridge. Never been so unhappy with a product and will always avoid Frigidaire appliances in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I refrigerator was here when we bought the house so it's about 10 years old and the water filter works really good. Just push in and pull out the old one and when you install the new one you just push it into your hair click and you dispense a couple glasses of water to get the air out of the lines and then you're good to go. Best buy's the only place that we can find them they're more expensive than they used to be but then again everything else is.

I've had a fridge with this filter for two years and have completely given up on these useless filters. I went through three of these filters in the first six months. The pressure is fine for about a week, so-so for about a week, and completely useless after that. I don't have any other restrictions on my system causing low pressure. The problem is the filter. Our water tastes fantastic out of the tap, so literally the only thing I need this filter to do is complete the plumbing inside the fridge so the water feeds into the icemaker and comes out the dispenser. It fails to meet even that very low bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always used these EPTWFUO1 Pure Source Ultra II genuine filter for our refrigerator without any problem. However, this time after replacing the cartridge we noticed a frozen pool in the back of refrigerator and a rivulet of frozen water headed toward the door. (We had been away for a time) and thought we had a problem with the refrigerator (which is not that old!). After using a blow dryer to melt and remove the massive chuck of ice; we replaced the cartridge. After 3 hours it is still dry. Therefore, we feel it was just a bad cartridge! (fingers crossed) Still they are costly items and we rely on their quality. We will chalk this up to a one-time issue and cross our fingers.
