[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This weekend I had the amazing experience of installing my new 2020 Whirlpool dishwasher. It is the brand new 2020 machine, built with a new technology which is called the "24 in. Top Control Built-In Tall Tub Dishwasher in Black Stainless with Third Level Rack".The new machine fits in the same slot as my old whirlpool machine (which never had a problem), but this machine looks and feels so much bigger than 2012 one: that is also an effect of the new technology. The Stainless steel tub is very nice and better for sanitization. Since the middle rack can be height adjusted, I am able to put very large and tall cooking pots on the bottom rack. I really appreciate the third rack which is on the top, where I can place all my silverware, tongs, and wooden spoons and save a lot of space for cups and plates on the other racks. A very well-engineered machine, built with all durable materials. .I have uploaded a video where you can better familiarise yourself with the machine, especially the control panel which has various settings the old ones did not have. The installation is pretty simple for a Do it yourself person. It might take less than an hour for one DIY person and for a pro it will take only about 15 minutes. A drain hose is included in the package. You need to buy a new water supply line and a power supply cable. I just love the new machine and enjoy its performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance was a gift. I like the looks of the outside-sleek, modern and it matches our stove/oven that we got a few years ago-also Whirlpool. I really like the middle adjustable rack so I can fit larger dishes below-couldn’t with the dishwasher we replaced that’s 15+ years old & also Whirlpool, and to fit tall items on said rack. I use the quick wash cycle and heated dry so the cycle is about 1 1/2 hours long & dishes comes out perfect. I do still pre wash by hand some of the dishes before putting in the dishwasher, just habit. I ESPECIALLY like the top third rack for extra items. I like the features of the silverware basket and the adjustable tines on the lower rack. Everything, functions and features are great! The only downside is I tried to read the user manual but the instructions for use-pushing which buttons for which cycle were too general and not specific for my machine/model and too confusing to figure out. So I’ve just done trial and error to figure out which cycle I want to use and still trying to figure out how to resume the wash cycle when I open the door not long after starting to put something in. I like that the buttons for cycles are hidden away on top of the door. One of my favorite features is how quietly it runs, so WONDERFUL! Thanks for making an efficient, low noise, energy saving and nice looking dishwasher!

Installed it myself to help me get to know the unit, and I like it a lot! It's quiet and efficient and looks nice and cleans flawlessly and fits the space and caused no major headaches to deliver or install.

Leaves dishes dirty, sometimes have to rerun the load 2-3 times to get food off of simple plates, not sure how this product has such high reviews. I use cascade dish washer pods and I follow the recommended instructions. Too late to return. But should have never purchased this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishes come out clean. However cycles take way(!!!!) too long, especially the drying cycles. And the part that frustrates me the most is the drying of dishes…..they still are wet after the extended dry cycle runs & so is the inside of the dishwasher. After 4hrs of the dishwasher running on just extended dry!! Not what I would expect for a $749 dishwasher. Before I read the these reviews, I thought I was being too picky. Apparently not as this sounds like a common complaint. Whirlpool you can do better than this. (the pictures show the dishes & inside of dishwasher after running the extended dry cycle 2(!!!) times. That is 8hrs of drying time)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My condo has a small kitchen, space is tight and my bedroom is 25 feet away so noise is always a concern. After purchasing this in August and putting it to the test for over 60 days, I am finally ready to offer my review. Best Buy/Pacific Sales installers arrived on time, were very professional, had the installation kit with them and did an incredible job. Everything is absolutely perfect with this dishwasher except it doesn't dry some items completely. Even with the extra dry time setting, I still have to hand dry some items. I LOVE that it is Virtually quiet - the entire stainless steel tub and door is so MUCH better than plastic - it really absorbs the sound and is definitely worth the extra money! My last dishwasher kept me awake at night with all the racket - Not this one! You don't even realize it is on unless you are standing right next to it - I turn it on before I go to bed and NEVER hear a sound! Love, Love, Love it! I chose the model with recessed opening instead of a handle because it is located in a corner where I have to open cabinetry and was concerned a handle would impact the use of my cabinets. The wonderful installers were able to install it almost flush with cabinets allowing me to easily open the adjacent cabinet door and drawer and I liked the look of a recessed opening much better as well. 5 stars for quiet; great appearance; cleans dishes pretty well - occasionally I find food stuck on a fork or spoon; the exterior is easy to clean and the 3rd rack is so helpful with large cooking utensils. I gave it 4 stars just because the drying cycle could be better - otherwise I love it and my neighbors are jealous!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have been experiencing Drain problem error codes since the unit was installed. The Appliance Pros warranty technician further damaged our cupboards when he moved a drain line cupboard. The drain pump has now been replaced, but we still don't know if the problem has been resolved. The service technician - who has been at our residence twice - has been far less than thorough in investigating the error code problems, and seems to be in a hurry to leave our residence versus ensuring that the problem is resolved.

I was surprised it did not come with a power cord and we had to purchase one and my husband had to wire it. The installation instructions were terrible. We had to find videos to finish the install. Once we finally got through the installation and began using it. It was worth the trouble. It is extremely quiet and love the 3rd rack. Love how you can move the 2nd rack and other sections to fit dishes in. It is very large inside and holds many dishes in one load. I would recommend to a friend but would warn them about installation and the horribly written directions.
