[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the freezer so far. Kind of wish there were stainless steel options (the darker more luxurious stainless color as given on the high end models) for the price I paid for this. Also would have like to have seen a temp indicator.... But that's just me wanting more bang for the buck... Lol. I buy a lot of fresh veggies from the farmers markets and cook off big batches and then freeze them. Space is perfect and the shelves are pretty decent with a decent cutting on them for added durability... As I despise straight metal racks/shelves because they rust to easily. All in all... I'm very pleased with this model, especially the deep freeze option.

I bought a chest freezer to save energy but it was so hard to find stuff in it, and the kids just rummaged in it and messed any attempt at organization. So I decided to look for a medium sized freezer. My mom's is too big and I feel like she never really knows what is in there. I wanted functional and not too big. This is a great size. If I would want to change something it would be the features. They don't give you enough shelves. I ordered 2 extra but one of the shelf locations doesn't fit the shelf. And a pizza holder would be a big improvement. Maybe a way to block the door shelves from stuff slipping out.

I needed a new freezer, Whirlpool was the brand I wanted. It has been the best in appliances I've had through the years. Whirlpool has withstood the test of time. My previous purchases of their refrigerators has been what I go by now when purchasing appliances.My previous and current refrigerators are still in great shape. The older one my son now has is over 12 years old, my current new side by side w/ bottom freezer is great! I love the design and space it has.This new freezer is great and was a great buy.Whirlpool are dependable and reasonably priced.You can't go wrong with Whirlpool!
