[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is surprisingly huge but I’m not complaint. It fits great in the storage area of our apartment and it’s storing everything. I can clearly see everything on the shelves. I would definitely recommend this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Whirlpool - 19.6 Cu. Ft. Frost-Free Upright Freezer has been in service for a few months now, and we are pleased with its performance so far. It was on sale when we bought it, and the price was as reasonable as we had found. And we did look around. We are happy with our purchase and overall, we give it four stars. We don’t give five stars often. Here is how we rate items. 5 Stars = Exceeds all expectations, a great buy! (Very Rare) 4 Stars = Excellent find, and the price is okay. You should give it a try. 3 Stars = Works as advertised, and the price is fair. 2 Stars = A little sketchy, but possibly OK, and it may work out. 1 Star = Avoid this product, not worth it.

Even on the lowest setting, my ice cream is melting. I thought the freezer was working the first couple of weeks, but it turns out that the temperature in my garage was so cold (50F), it was helping it getting by. Now that the outside temp is up to about 70F, It simply isn't working as a freezer.This freezer is bad by design. It completely lacks a condenser coil (the part that dissipates heat - see pic where one condenser line runs out and back under the fridge with no coil). The compressor has been running non-stop and is so hot to the touch that it is heating up the metal above to scolding temps. Even the factory insulation melted off the condenser line. Do not even think about buying this freezer. Absolute garbage. And the so called Temperature Alarm, does not exist or does not work, because the temp is maybe 30F inside (a jug of water at the bottom is barely frozen) and no alarm has gone off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is set up perfectly with a tremendous amount of door and shelf storage that enables us to keep different items in their own separate areas. It runs very quietly. We've really just begun to fill it. My husband grows vegetables during the spring/summer and we're looking forward to blanching and freezing many of them for use during non- growing times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the freezer for a little over two weeks, but it's just what I needed to keep all my specialty flours and grains for baking in one place. (The garage.) I also keep my yeast, spices and fruit curds and chocolate ganache in this freezer. It freezes fast and I love that it has an alarm to let me know if the temperature gets too warm.
